Wonderful
It was really safe and organized. Have everything you need in proximity.
The only issue is the location is a bit far from center of city activities and the price was a wee high but it's understandable because pf the season.

It was exceptionally clean and all the kitchen utensils were top class. We booked two 1 bedroom apartments - one was extraordinarily spacious because we said we needed to accommodate 4. They had given fans which provided excellent ventilation in the rooms. Nothing to complain about.
It was not walking distance to royal mile or princess street.

It was spacious enough for us to be comfortable me my daughter and her son give us separate sleeping spaces and plenty of lounging room. The staff were super friendly and helpful don’t know them
It was a bit farther out than we wanted to be to be able to walk to the old town.

The West End location is really close to the Haymarket train station (about a 10 minute walk) and not too far from the Edinburgh castle and the royal mile if you don't mind the walk (20-30 minutes depending on the route you take). The room was very clean and organized and we liked how there was an in room dishwasher and washing machine.
Beds were a little rough and it felt like two beds were put together to make a bigger bed which made it a little uncomfortable for me and my husband. The fans that were provided worked but it still got rather warm in the room, especially during the night. The only other complaint we have was the provided in-room washer/dryer smelled like it hadn't been cleaned after use by the guest before us and smelled like mold/mildew.

When I arrived the room I was supposed to have was apparently flooded and unavailable. The staff was apologetic and mentioned they would find me another hotel, in the end they found a nice room in the same hotel which was spatious and comfortable, and they even made it nice with a welcome drink and snacks. I was really happy with this level of ownership of the staff to solve the problem and the efficiency and attitude they had towards it, please pass on the thanks to them if you can!

The location was nice.
The beds are good enough to sleep. However, there was strong smell from the pillows and sheets.
There is no handheld shower with a half closed shower space. The floor was soaking wet after each shower.

Fairly good location, 20-25 minute walk to the center. The room was big enough and provided a separate bedroom, which is helpful when people in the same family prefer different bedtimes. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within 5-15 minute walk. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The floors were loud and creaky. Lots of water from the shower got on the bathroom floor and it drained slowly so you ended up showering in standing water. Bathroom would really benefit from towel hooks near the shower. We also couldn’t regulate the temperature so the room was hot.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable; in my case, that means a firmer bed with firm pillows. The staff was very kind, attentive and helpful. When we arrived, about an hour before the official check-in time, we could occupy the apartment immediately.
The apartment was not in the best condition, especially the bathroom, where there was some water damage.

Great stay. The location is excellent, very convenient and walkable. The apartment was clean and the facilities were great, including a washing machine which was very useful. It’s also close to the tram with direct connection to the airport, which made traveling very easy.
