Very Good
The bed was surprisingly comfortable; in my case, that means a firmer bed with firm pillows. The staff was very kind, attentive and helpful. When we arrived, about an hour before the official check-in time, we could occupy the apartment immediately.
The apartment was not in the best condition, especially the bathroom, where there was some water damage.

Great stay. The location is excellent, very convenient and walkable. The apartment was clean and the facilities were great, including a washing machine which was very useful. It’s also close to the tram with direct connection to the airport, which made traveling very easy.

Staff very friendly and helpful, was upgraded to larger room with a tub, free of charge. Location was very accessible.
Plain Jane rooms, fridge seemed to struggle and sweat, hot water tank had only enough hot water for 1 shower or bath in a unit that could sleep 6. Buttons on the oven were missing, but there was a power switch on the wall.
Had only enough espresso pods for 2 days, and front desk did not restock in time for when needed.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The view from the penthouse was amazing!!!
Some little bits needed a touch up here and there but these were very minor and didn't dampen the experience!

It was a gorgeous property. It was right in walking distance of the main streets of Edinburgh. The staff were absolutely lovely. They upgraded our room for us. The aparthotel was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and very spacious. I would highly recommend.

The shower was not hot enough in our first night. But the staff fixed it the first thing in the morning. So it is generally fine.

Disappointing
The location was great
We had several issues. Our flat was a bit disappointing and we really didn’t have the time or the energy to complain and try to change rooms. Our shower leaked and it wasn’t a small leak. There was also visible mold in the shower on the sealant. There was a massive brown spot in the floor by the shower that was probably there from water damage. There was a musty smell in the bathroom as well.
Our freeze door would not shut and our bedroom window was broken. When I first went to unlock the window and open it the entire window panel almost fell on top of me. We were able to get it secured but had to be very careful every time we opened or closed it.
Also, the washer/dryer combo could really use some instructions.

Wonderful
Honestly, this was a hidden gem in our trip!
We had an apartment, so the space was unbelievable ! The price was great and we were a 3 minute walk from the bus stop.
I loved everything about this stay it was great!
I guess the only thing was that our countertops and some cabinets need repairing.
And that we booked a room for 4 people and only had 2 towels in the room. But the staff fixed this quickly.

Functional kitchen. Comfy numerous beds. Good for a 6-person family. Big windows. Amazing staff.
Accessible bathroom where water spreads over the entire floor when showering, not enough hooks to hold clothing etc. One window needed a repair. Kitchen fan could use a deep clean.

Amazing clean beautiful room , loved our stay with our baby. We got an upgrade to a 2 bed room apartment. It was massive for our baby to roam around and have fun. We stayed in the whole day , and enjoyed every bit of it. It was very kind of the team to provide an upgrade :)

Some of the work tops in the kitchen could do with some maintenance and one of the lamps in the bedroom was missing a light bulb. But nothing worth complaining about

The location is good, fairly close to the center and main transportation links. Quiet area, with supermarkets and bars/cafés. The apartment was generally satisfactory, with a comfortable bed and spacious living area.
The cleanliness was not excellent (especially in the bathroom, where we would have expected better). The drain did not work very well.
The kitchen was okay, although the carpet was stained in several places, giving a general impression of poor cleanliness.

I liked that it had a kitchen and it was spacious for my little family of 3. My little boy loved the pull out couch.
I didn’t like that it didn’t have a washer/dryer, I don’t know why I thought it would have one but other than that it was an amazing place
