Great location right next to the train station and perfect airport bus access. Nice view from the room. Very helpful staff.
The beds were hard as a rock. My shower water just stopped surprisingly. The elevator to the top floor was the slowest on the planet. Unfortunately, there was someone in the room who went around waking people up who were too loud/snoring. She was a nightmare, but the front desk resolved the problem which was her.

Location was great.
If you like being a sardine in a can, this is your jam. Three beds to a bunk, so low you can’t sit up in them without banging your head. Tiny dorm rooms with no space for your stuff, absolutely crammed with humans and their detritus. Up to 6£ to check luggage each time. “ Chill room” is anything but- it’s in the paid locker room, no windows. Some cushions and stools to sit on. Just couldn’t wait to get out.

Bearing in mind that this is a Hostel, not a hotel, my expectations were low, but i had booked a private room with private bathroom, not a dorm. The room was on the top floor so it was quiet up there. And the location cannot get amy bettet! Bamg in the middle of Edinburgh, literally across the road from the station.

The staff and rooms were amazing. Bed was alright as well.
The room was suffocating as there were only 2 windows which were just little open. With people filled in the room it was hard to breathe and staff provided just one or two fans for a room filled with 20 people that too tinny fans.
