We loved how comfortable and clean the rooms were. We felt safe, cozy, and relaxed. The location was also great as it's located close to a convenient bus stop. I'd definitely stay again on a future trip!

The location is convenient. It has easy access to public transportation. It's a safe and pretty neighborhood. The house is nice and Sona's was an excellent host. My room was a single and was supercomfortable and well organized, which made it feel very cozy despite the small size everything is well arranged for your comfort. Separate private bathroom was also good, though I would have prefer it to be connected to the room. Other than that everything was great and as expected.

Our room was ready and we were able to check in at 10am which was super helpful after a long flight. It was nice it was a bit out of the city center on a quiet street.
I wouldn't complain about a thing.

Comfortable bed, room was small but comfortable, with cupboard, dressing table with drawers. Location on main road into Edinburgh was fantastic, right near a bus stop with all buses going in and out of city centre. Small food bag provided for breakfast, porridge pot, choc chip bun, juice and muesli bar. Provided a small fridge on request. Parking area available.
Shower was a little challenging to control water temp with the old taps Gotta expect this is in old buildings.

We were provided with a sack breakfast, quick oatmeal, a bar, and a bread, which was very yummy. Fruit was available all day.
Our room had everything we needed, including a nice, updated bathroom, a great TV, a comfortable bed, and a great view outside. We wish the room were a bit larger, but we managed fine, as we weren't in our room a lot.

Comfortable, spacious room with pleasant wallpaper and very comfortable beds. Also small touches like the breakfast bag and fresh fruit.
Contactless entry can get difficult in the dark so make sure you read instructions before you arrive. You need a code to open the door. A little ways out of town center but bus system is excellent and frequent.

Staff very friendly and helpful. So many nice touches like a bowl of fresh fruit in the lobby for guests to choose from and snacks in the room. Room was wonderful with gorgeous view. Close to bus stop.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The location was easy to get to from downtown and the neighborhood seemed safe. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was great. There was no lift so you might want to contact the property prior to booking if carrying luggage up stairs is an issue for you.

The room was clean and confortable. I had asked for a double bed and we got two single beds. The location is a little far from the main attractions but you have various buses near by which made it wasier for us to move around.

The rooms were a good size and the shower was larger than in other hotels we have stayed in. Our room was beautifully taken care of each day and snacks, tea and coffee were always welcome.
We would have loved to have a sitting area somewhere in the house to enjoy.

Very comfortable accommodations, friendly owners who were happy to help with any concerns we had.
Only two minor complaints: it was difficult to control the shower temperature (and it kept changing without warning!), and there was no access to food preparation facilities. A microwave wouldn't have gone amiss, but other than that we were wanting for nothing :)
