Good location, friendly staff, very clean, comfy bed, good shower.
Inefficient dim lighting in room, hospitality tray items not refilled, cups not replaced. Breakfast was poor- constantly had to ask for buffet items to be topped up, no a la carte breakfast options available on Sunday, and no hot buffet on Monday, only a la carte! Unable to make toast as the machine hadn't been switched on and nobody knew how to switch it on. . Long wait time for table service and hot drinks.

The facilities of the Hotel at all are very good, especially the SPA. The room was also very good and comfortable.
The breakfast had e widw veriety of products but left something to br fesired in terms of taste and quality.

The staff were not very friendly, especially the gentleman who greeted us upon arrival, he was rude and uncooperative regarding our requirements.

Staff; friendly, professional and helpful. Great location and fantastic view of Edinburgh Castle and Usher Hall from room. Good breakfast in Club Lounge.
