Location and clean. Excellent walking base for a visit.
My room faced the industrial shed with generator or engine running all night. Wasn’t able to enjoy sleep.

Good locate, 15 min walk to centre which we knew when we booked. Nice and quiet at night as you were t in the centre. staff were very helpful and always pleasant. Breakfast was lovely too.

Bedroom and bathroom were superb. The relaxing lights in the bathroom when having a luxury bath was a lovely touch. The shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, body wash and lotion all smelled fab. The bedroom was very spacious and the extras of having glasses, wine glasses, corkscrew, etc in the drawer was a great idea. The spa area was very relaxing and lots of choices for some warmth or cooling down. The facilities to shower and dry hair, etc were great. I didn't realise I would get a robe and slippers in my room so I wore my own in my room and wore the hotel one to the spa. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice. I'm not normally a breakfast person but I dove in both mornings and thoroughly enjoyed it. Room service for dinner was very quick after ordering and the food was amazing and hot still. The bar are was amazing and at night it's lit up beautifully. The staff even come round to give some crisps for you nibble on while you relax with a nice drink. Every staff member who dealt with me were friendly, professional and seemed like they were happy at their work. This hotel is probably one of the most grandest hotels I have been to. I will definitely be back again! ❤️ xx

Absolutely beautiful hotel, has everything you need for a break ,
The lounge is so cosy, the food great,
The rooms are so nice clean and fresh,
The breakfast was such a variety and the coffee delicious,
I’ve been here before and it’s now my favourite.
