Every thing was as expected, on the last day the breakfast arrived cold we had ordered it instead of going to the buffet to ensure it was hot but disappointed. did not complain as it was a minor hic up in an otherwise wonderful stay.
no comment there was nothing that was not up to expectations staff room and facilities were wonderful. I would stay again but not during the height of the season as prices do become a bit ridiculous.

Room excellent with a castle view ! We got given early check in . My sister got a lovely card and cake for her 60th . Reception staff - excellent . Room service - prompt and delicious .
I thought the spa was overpriced, when you were already staying at the hotel , but that’s minor . Only staff member who let the rest of the staff down was the gentleman at breakfast , he was quite dismissive , dependent on who you were it seemed ?

The property was close to the city centre and walking distances to the main attractions. The staff were kind and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also large and had different light features.
They did not offer many complimentary items in the room other than water and toiletries, I would’ve expected more from a 5 star rated hotel. There was also creaking sounds in the room which I believe were from the AC system which did wake me up in the night.

The hotel was amazing everyone was very helpful. And dressed well presented. Rooms were lovely came with everything you needed.
The only thing I would say is I think you should be able to use the spa facilities for free if you have booked to stay.
