Breakfast tables were slow to free up. Tables could be set up differently to allow for more tables. Very little tables for the amount of rooms.

The hotel was in a great location and the employees that we spoke to throughout our stay were professional.
We booked our room during the Oasis weekend and were prepared to pay a higher rate for the room but would always expect the price to reflect the standards of the hotel. We ended up paying £800 per night, still had to pay for parking and found the room had no mini fridge and the air conditioning didn’t work, it had a fault. We reported this not once, not twice but 3 times to reception and only on the day before we left did we get a mini fridge, which didn’t work properly. The air conditioning was never investigated.
The breakfast which we paid £34 per day for was terrible. My order was wrong twice and the hotel staff at breakfast time were over run.

Quiet rooms, lots of surfaces/tables to put things on. Plenty of chairs. Windows that open!! 10 min walk to Princes street. Excellent staff and in room dining was excellent. Mini fridge.
Glass enclosed bathrooms is a no! no!
Drifting of smells into the bedroom was not good!

It was a predictable Sheraton. Lovely, friendly staff.
Hotel is a bit dated. Location meant quite a bit of walking to get to the main tourist attractions. Not a lot around the hotel.

I booked for the pool use and were told no pool …. Upon check in … then proceeded to say I could use the spa pool for £20

Beds covers weren’t changed which is absolutely disgusting
