Stunning hotel and really lovely staff. We stayed for our 1 year wedding anniversary and it was delightful. The staff really went to the effort to make our weekend special. The spa was also amazing, very impressed with the facilities and the room was so cool. Very comfy and loved the lighting details, the mood lighting in the bathroom is a nice touch for having a bubble bath!

We liked the swimming pool the bed was comfortable but pillows very soft they lost shape
Albeit it was the festive season too many tables and seats were reserved not allowing residents to get seats. The room service never got to the room until we were back every day approximately around 3.30

Wonderful
Hotel and spa facilities are amazing but the rooms which are not castle looking have horrible view to a terrace full of fungus.that was a put off plus it was very costly at this time of year so the room category did not justify the price.
But overall hotel,staff,spa was really good. I also got a complimentary wine and chocolate for NYE

The maintenance of some of the saunas and the room shower could be better. The room lighting system is rather confusing.
