Location.
Immediately have to pay £50 upfront making you feel like you are going to run away without paying for any services.
Which then can take up to 3 days to return.
Sauna was cold.
Spa seriously over priced.
Rooms are small and no noise privacy in the washroom.

The bathroom in the room was terrible, no privacy, small basin. Because of that I would not recommend the Sheraton Grand

Breakfast ok but problems bring tea to table some were training I think
We went 25 years ago after we got married at gtretna and wanted to go back for celebration it was nice enough but better years ago felt like 5 star then give it 4 star this time.and used to be a pianist playing which made it feel relaxed and atmosphere

Perfect cocktails
The pillows and duvet provided a perfect sleep
The Brasserie temperature was on the cool side
There weren't enough little pots of milk in the room,6 or even 8 would have been better.
