exceptional service. Attended to needs which I did not even know I needed. The room was spotless, and cleaned several times per day. I arrived early, and they kindly allowed an early check in!

The staff are amazing and so nice. The location was perfect everything we wanted was walking distance like the castle and Holyrood Palace and other places. Clean and tidy.
The food is a weak point unfortunately. The soundproofing in the room isn't that good and we can hear everything going on around is (footsteps, banging noises from cleaning etc).

Perfect location. Excellent hotel facilities, room. Very comfy & large bed. Very helpful staff both at reception & at concierge. Stayed 3 nights first, then went to Highlands & Isle of Skye tour and then stayed another night here. Would love to return again.
Breakfast options can be better.

Room was very nice and well equipped although a little dated. All the staff were incredible.
