Sheraton was very grand and had a great location which made it easy to get around.. Our room was very nice and clean. The staff especially the concierge was very helpful and had great recommendations.
I would have like to tried out the rooftop hydropool but it was not included in our stay. I did not think it was worth the extra fee as we were on a tight schedule.

The staff throughout the hotel and spa are exceptional, nothing too much trouble and the little extras (eg surprise birthday cake in room) made the stay a memorable one.

Breakfast in bed good but could've done with toast etc in addition to main course
I forgot a bottle of fancy wine I'd bought on holiday and wish they'd phoned to tell me as was gone by time I popped in. The outdoor pool was not warm enough

Location, cleanliness, comfort, the staff left a cake in the room for my daughter as it was her birthday which was a lovely touch.
Not clear when booking that the spa is not included in the price may have spent more time and money at the hotel if this had been included in the price.
