I liked the breakfast, helpful staff and choice of food. The rooms were comfortable.
Some of the carpet areas look a bit worse for wear, and I didn't like that the bathrooms are a glass wall within the room.

The staff went the extra mile to make sure my little cousin had a nice birthday by putting a birthday cake in the room for us arriving

Great location for sight seeing Edinburgh ,Good room size , very clean, maid service every day , friendly and polite staff, car park next to the rear doors
The £200 deposit payable when you check in , wasn’t made aware of it which to be honest wasn’t an issue to pay but could be for people on a tight budget , but it should be paid straight back to your debit card on departure instead of waiting for it to magically appear days later

The friendly/courteous staff especially Thomaz at reception, the excellent hospitality from the club lounge( highly recommend if you’re planning a stay!) The clean/comfortable room with little added extras. The relaxing spa facilities…. this hotel has it all! Highly recommend
