Th hotel bar and staff were amazing, check-in staff really nice also and the lobby etc is beautiful
The room was quite dated as was the spa - it does feel a little overpriced. Especially the spa, as some of the facilities weren’t working properly and weren’t as clean as I would have expected

Ridiculously pretty. Room was so gorgeous. Bed was superb. Loved the lighting and the views of the castle. Possibly the loveliest hotel I've ever stayed in.
The pool and
Food isn't amazing (sorry!) but yes, food was pretty bad. Sounds great on the menu and comes to you and it's disappointing and crazy salty.
They do great margaritas though
