حجزت 3 غرف وحدة سرير واثنتين بسريرين عند التشك ان قال لي الموظف ان الغرف كلها سريرين قلت أنا حاجز والإيميل عندي قال يمكن خطأ من بوكينق اصريت وخليته يطلع على الإيميل ووافق تكون مثل حجزي
التشك ان الساعة 3 قال لي راح أسلمك غرفة وحدة فقط الحين لان عندنا ضغط قلت أنا ماطلبت دخول مبكر هذا وقت الدخول ومن حقي قال لان كثير يأخذون خروج متاخر قلت هذي مشكلتكم او في حالة تسلمونها متاخر يصير لي الحق خروج متاخر جلس شوي على الاب توب وقال باشوف وسلمنا الغرف

All the staff were excellent, Very clean and a great location
It's a bit dark the rooms, Halls and lobby's could all do with the light being turn up or more on

The staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable
I didn’t like the confusion with lights in the room and the glass separating the bathroom/ toilet facility. The tv on the side wall was not practical to watch tv from the bed. Also when we are paying so much to stay that we had to pay extra for the breakfast, which should be included. Lastly the signage for the swimming pool was not very clear from the 5th floor

Good location, near several restaurants, a short walk to the main sights, and Brewdog. Excellent breakfast. Top notch, really. Staff was always helpful. Ample parking.
I think they turned the conservation dial a bit too much as water pressure was non existent.
