Great location within walking distance of the important landmarks.
Hotel clean and staff all very welcoming service excellent.
Main pool needs a bit of work, looking dated rusty under the bridge and missing tiles in pool.
Also feel all access to all the pool areas should be as standard, rather than having to have to pay on top of your room price.

Disappointed as hairdryer was broken and it took to next day to get it replaced. Breakfast was not very good as I am vegan and I did notify them that before the stay.

The room and the bed itself was huge with a beautiful castle view. The room had also very nice and modern lightening.

We booked this hotel as it is directly opposite Usher hall which was our destination. It was a bit more expensive than others but in my opinion totally worth it! The sheraton staff were amazing from start to finish, they sent an email before our arrival asking for our likes and dislikes, and had a cake and cheeseboard waiting for us on arrival.
We stayed in the castle suite and it did not disappoint. There is mood lighting throughout and in the morning the room was completely blacked out. Both the sofa bed and main bed were exceptionally comfortable and the large bath was lovely after a long day on our feet.
The club lounge had a fantastic range of light bites in the evening and the breakfast there was really nice; great selection of both cooked and continental. Also plenty of drink options and nice wines in the evening.
We had a lovely hot chocolate in the hotel bar before bed, and the staff there were so friendly. We didn't eat there as we were rushing so just had the light bites included at the club lounge.
I am really glad we decided to book here and I will 100% return with my kids
The only thing I could say would be a few marks on the walls about the place but tbh the only reason I noticed them is because everything else was immaculate! I have no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this place

The spa was absolutely amazing! Best spa i have been to although to use the full facilities it incurred a surcharge.
