Overlooking Edinburgh Castle, the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa is located in the financial district, next to the West End business and entertainment area and a five-minute walk from Princes Street, 1640 feet from Edinburgh Castle. The staff are well trained. Extremely friendly. Well done.
It's not a complaint but was very much looking forward to a lovely hot bath but sadly it was lukewarm. I wasn't the only guest to notice.

We booked specifically for the sauna. It was tepid, not even warm. Another guest said it had been the same yesterday and he had complained. Staff told us that is was hot (?) and there had not been any other complaints. We felt gaslit. We attended the other paid sauna which was hotter... inside the actual sauna people continually talking and some guy on his phone. Not ok. Very disappointing.

Bed was lumpy, pillows rubbish,room too cluttered, staff not very professional for a 5 star, breakfast is buffet which was poor standard would prefer being served a hot cooked breakfast especially in a 5 star hotel, not a present experience

Location and club lounge and staff.
Staff especially pool side are horrible , pointless taking your family for a swim in the very short space of time you get! Listing 2 twin ands it’s not it’s 2 single beds. Over priced for experience. Unwelcoming staff on arrival. No water pressure for a bath. Very noisy room with what sounded like a jet engine running all night.
