Absolutely stunning room in a beautiful building. The distance to town was perfect and a gentle walk along the road was a great way to start the day.

The location was excellent.
I had booked a lovely large room however the location was among the service areas with doors being shut all the time. Reception were happy to move me and I did the next two nights. The room was half the size and bathroom very small. So basically a downgrade but it was noise free. Did not sleep though as had the two beds put together which I always try and avoid when booking. This was the most expensive stay I had in 6weeks in UK with breakfast being a disappointment compared to other stays.

We only had breakfast
The service was very good and all staff friendly. All requests were met with professional manner and expedited promptly. Good choice of menu and all very good

Lovely and safe part of town, close enough to public transport and restaurants as well as old town and still relaxing and quiet . Loved the specious room and it felt very private although a hotel :). Very professional and friendly staff , felt safe at all times :)
I liked everything :),
but please buy a hand luggage scale for your guests suitcases :)

The hotel is located at a very beautiful street. Nice and quiet neighborhood . The room that we stayed was a little suite which was cute and clean. The front desk lady was super friendly and helpful.

We loved our two-night stay and the warm, welcoming ambience of the Royal Scot Hotel. We stayed in one of the executive rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with great attention to detail. The location is excellent. perfect for exploring Edinburgh. We also had dinner in the restaurant, and it was superb.

The history and the location, beds were very comfortable, large room , all the staff were lovely , good strong hot showers property well impeccably clean
The bathroom although functional was a little tired an could do with decoration at the minimum
