A beautiful grand old lady - in a great location close to the centre of town, Dean village, trams and Haymarket station
The sloping cupboards gave us conniptions every time we went near them!

Strategic location right next to Haymarket Station and close to the city centre. Super easy to get to and from the airport with the airport bus.
Room had what it needed and was quiet (3rd floor).

The size of the room was great put us on bottom floor due to our ages and health issues
Shower over bath the bath was deep nearly slipped getting out couple of times in a 5 night stay felt it was dangerous
The hot water was not hot enough when on full it wasn't really hot water more warm and that was with no cold on took time for hot water/warm to come through

Great location. Had a room at the back that was lovely and quiet.
Rooms clean and staff very friendly.
Decor and furnishings very dated. No chair in room.

Great connection to the airport and also close to the railroad, trams and buses. The hotel was very interesting, it's located in an old-fashioned house, which adds to the experience. It's walkable distance to the city center and good value for money.
There was a bit of a damp smell, guess due to the house being very old. The bathroom facilities' controls were also a little outdated, but nothing to worry about.
