It's basically almost a 5 star stay accommodation for the guests with kids. I liked the most the size of the room and that it has small kitchen. Breakfast was quite rich in choices.
The staff of hotel was very professional and ultra friendly.
Location of this hotel is in walking distance to main attractions but sometimes we took Taxi (cost 7 -10 GBP).
Next year we plant to come there again.

Disappointing
Room was fine. Location is good. But hotel was in renovation and they sent us information after booking about limited services however it was worst then expected. No reception or lobby, and no restaurant. Breakfast was a mess. We had to go down and pick up things to eat but it was a mess. They shouldn't have sold with breakfast

location
the facility provided no amenities due to construction, but the lack of amenities was not reflected in the cost of the rooms. I was unable to open the drain in the bathroom sink, so brushed teeth and washed up in kitchenette until staff were able to fix problem. No hot breakfast available and no place to sit. Guests had to juggle trays of coffee/juice/cereal bowls to elevator and take them back to their rooms to eat. The only seating area was roped off in anticipation of guests who had not arrived yet (very welcoming)
