The location is very central, really convinent to go to city center. The staff is friendly and kind
The area for breakfast was so small. We had to wait to find a table, staff and space is not enough. The interior is not modern. Furnitures and electricity infrastructure is pretty old

Room was clean and good facilities
Waited until 4.15 for room. Arrived at 3 but understand entry is 4pm. However i had to keep approaching staff. At 4pm i was told housekeeping hadnt confirmed room was ready. I think someone could have physically checled.. had my 83 year old mum. I'm not sire how long we'd have waited if i hadn't asked for 3rd time. Lift broke too which meant using service lift. Was a special gift for my mum so a bit disappointed. Good selection at breafast altho bacon was overdone. Paid 434 for 2 nights so hoped they could have had room ready o time.

Size of the rooms are very goed, also the breakfast. Location of the hotel, 10 minuten walk to the old centre and Waverly station. A supermarket near by in case you need anything and also a very good Malysian restaurant.

Great size room - with small kitchen area with everything you would need if you planed to cook on a longer stay, really more a studio apartment. Excellent breakfast - buffet style, picked a busy time so had to wait for a table

The friendly atmosphere, nothing seemed too much trouble.
It was just a little too far for us due to my mothers age. Which was my mistake but there was an excellent bus services so it didnt cause us too many issues.

Bathroom was mouldy. All days exactly same bland breakfast. No cuisine,nothing. No dinner options provided other than cup noodles. The furniture in the room was old. Tv is from 90s!!!

The location is great. When we arrived we were given an upgrade and adjoining rooms - which although we didnt ask for them worked well for our party.
The rooms we were given were in a part of the hotel that needed a service elevator to access. This meant going through a really shabby part of the hotel. It was pretty disconcerting and we had to use the service elevator- there was no explanation for this and I was pretty disappointed.
Also there was a broken air on unit in my room and all the air is being serviced so wasnt operational apparently. Again no mention and no discount.
The complimentary breakfast is served just in the foyer of the hotel - which is pretty chilly. On the first day we came down and it was so busy there were no tables and we had to leave and go elsewhere. On the second day we went for breakfast and it was fine.
The parking is offsite - at local Q park just two minutes walk - but is the hotel is advertised as having parking but when I asked if there was any reduction or validation the staff practically laughed at me - though they were saying sorry.
Generally the staff were pleasant just a little absent. The cleaning staff were chatting and wheeling washing around when we used the service elevator which just felt like we were in the way.
I was, overall really disappointed - the rooms are fine but not fabulous. They feel pretty tired and I wasnt 100% happy that they were clean. But this may have been due to my first impressions.

staff - was friendly and service minded
the hotel/apartment is not initially build/created for its usage , which you can see in many details. Reception/breakfast area placed in same room and is not big enough to facilitate primetime load. The room was not having a door to separate bathroom area and the sleeping area. All in all this booking is not a 4 star hotel/apartment - at most 3 star and the prices should reflect this
