Great location, close to the city centre and a really nice park. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty, and the choice of food was good.
A bar area would have been nice, but beer and wine were available at reception. Choice of TV channels was limited, and TV was definitely in need of repair/replacement.

Very good location to explore the Edinburgh, very quiet and lovely area, but also few minute walk to be in the middle of fun. Staff was very helpful and lovely when we needed assistance with something.
Breakfast was quite boring with very minimal options, and we really didn't like the coffee at coffee machines, but since it is kind of only issue I think it's managable

The room was a good size and the staff were friendly.
Breakfast was awful, very disappointing, we went out for breakfast on the second day, plus our beds weren't made on the second night either.

Location was excellent for the city, and close to where my son lives. Facilities were excellent and they really embraced the fact we had our dog with us. We will definitely be going back.
Could be a little more cost effective though, a little pricey considering other accommodation in the surrounding area.
