Wonderful
The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Stuff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price and was very nice. We were able to take it to the room. This was very convenient as we had our dog with us, so we could still have breakfast together. Pet friendly for a small fee.
The check in was a bit too late. We were travelling overnight and were desperate for a nap but had to wait till 16.00 to check in. Would be great if check in was an hour earlier. A bit noisy outside but not the hotel's fault and it didn't disturb us too much.

Amazing value for money, with a car park 20m away, right in the middle, between Old and New Town. Will definitely use it again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel had everything you could need.
The laundry room was an added bonus.

Great location, comfortable lobby and seating area.
The bedrooms were a bit stuffy even with the windows open.

It was very good. The room was clean, big and spacious. There was always coffee available and it had heating, everything was great. The breakfast was quite basic and the same every day, so it could be improved a bit. The location was perfect. Overall, it was a very good stay and if I ever went back to the area, I would consider staying there again.
The room was very nice, but we booked for three people and there were only two beds and a sofa. The sofa wasn’t prepared for sleeping, so two of us had to share a bed. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were too soft. Also, the bathroom bin never had a bag.

Everything except being ripped off for parking when we were lead to believe it was free at the hotel. How car parking is advertised was deliberately misleading
The hotel was advertised on the Booking.com website as having car parking....it didn't. There is a public car park next door that cost £30 per night; this was false advertising either on behalf of booking.com or the hotel's website
