The room was not great since there were several things that were not working properly, such as, the toilet door and the bed, we asked for a take out breakfast for the departure day since we needed it because were suposed to leave the hotel before 7 o'clock am and it was not served even though the reception told us they would the day before.

Housekeeping is superb, location is great as it is near the attractions. Breakfast good as well with supplementary drinks that you can get all the time. If we will come back to Scotland, we will definetely be staying here again! Staff are very helpful and approachable as well.

Location was so convenient for walking around Edinburgh and the morning breakfast spread was incredible. The room was large and had amenities we weren’t expecting like a kitchenette and sofa.
