Great staff, very helpful & knowledgeable.
Comfy beds/ pillows & free tea, coffee, juice, apples and biscuits available by reception for most of the day!
Facilities (steam room), smelt unpleasantly ‘damp’ was the only negative. Possibility a good idea to add a menthol/ essential oil to mask the smell.

Everything was clean and organised
I booked a suite and it was very unimpressive. It was basically just a room with a big extra lounge in it. There were no cupboards to unpack our clothes so we had to live out the suitcases, again something you'd expect when booking a suite. I was also a bit annoyed when the house keeping didn't clean away dirty wine glasses or empty chip packets, I thought that was pretty standard? Maybe that's what you get at a 4* hotel but I think just a little extra and it would have been great. The breakfast was really good and the room service was fast so there is that!
