Amazing location, can explore the whole city on foot from there. Very nice clean rooms, great view from the top floor. Everything is very easy to reach, with restaurants and bars just out of the door.
Spa is not so good. We had to ask for towels and slippers, sauna was cold barely reaching 50 Celsius. Smaller facilities than expected.

Mis information by both booking and hotel . In your bed option you mentioned that you have double bed which the hotel do not have. Have I known this I will not book at the 1st place

Superb location...ideal for local shops, walking to the castle, eating out and just a short stroll to St.James Quarter.
Breakfast room seemed a little dirty on the floor...this was due to spillages but I watched a member of staff step over the mess 3 times before deciding to get a brush and pan...only to then not be able to use them correctly so, instead the remaining mess was swept under one of the tables.

Sarah at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great. The location was OUTSTANDING despite the uphill walk from the train station. Could walk all over!

Everything!! The location is absolutely perfect. We walked to everything except Stirling and the train station was walking distance. Highly recommended! We will be back!
I have absolutely nothing to report that we disliked because there was nothing to dislike!

Most of the staff were really lovely. The bed was so comfy, I had severe jet lag when I got in after flying from New Zealand so I had a blissful bath salts (a lovely touch!) bath and was in the lovely bed from 4pm till 6am. So wonderful
The deposit on my credit card was added to the final account so luckily I noticed the double charge and queried it. It took a while to get a refund. Other than that everything was very nice

Great location on the Royal Mile with easy access to the rest of the city. Plenty to see nearby. Rooms were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall an excellent experience.
Only real negative was the tub shower which was slippery and narrow. Fortunately they did provide a non-slip mat to place in the tub.

The room was not what I expected for a Radisson hotel .it's was dusty old looking and the toilet bathroom was not clean the sink was filthy under the rim .
