Really quiet and comfortable even with its highly central location on the Royal Mile. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the bathroom and room spotlessly clean. Staff at reception were also friendly and helpful.

Easy to access from the main road , reception just to the left plenty of space Lift easy to access and everything close by.
Very friendly staff when you check in nothing to much trouble we did have breakfast and that was fantastic plenty of staff making sure everything ok with your breakfast , everything explained where things are staff clean up quick too very impressed.
