Terrific selection for breakfast.
There might have been something to read about putting the key card into the holder on the wall for lights but I didn't see it. Had it explained by a receptionist

The breakfast was very good with lots of good choice foods to choose from.
The rooms were comfortable & spacious.
The staff were exceptional,from start to finish.Very helpful,& very friendly.
We were advised of the tourist & scenic areas to visit.
The route from bedroom to reception/dining could have been labelled a bit better.We managed with a tiny struggle.

Excellent location to explore Edinburgh on foot. The hotel exceeded our expectations we couldn’t fault it. From check in to check out and everything in between, just perfect. We will definitely return.

It was directly on the Royal Mile and accessible to everything. Completely central. A beautiful building, kept immaculately clean and lit nicely. Quiet at night and the staff were so friendly.
Room nights are a little overpriced but it is a perfect standard of class and service as a result.
