Ideal location, generous rooms with comfy beds. Staff were helpful. Good sound proofing thanks to the double glazed windows. Secure parking is a massive plus as it’s hard to find in the city centre (£20 a day)
The breakfast buffet was awful. A bit more attention is needed to room cleaning - it was quite dusty and I was glad I had brought my own slippers .

Availability of taxis to move you around
Location close to food and shopping was a big plus
When room sharing the beds need to be bigger
In other words, for shared rooms the staff need to select larger square footage room to give space
