Very Good
Location was perfect, staff very friendly and breakfast was delicious and loads of options. Bar had lovely atmosphere. Room was modern, shower was good and beds comfy.
It was noisy outside late at night with a few revellers and on Saturday morning with stuff being wheeled across cobbles outside. Maybe some extra sound proofing would have helped but it was the only flaw.

Central location. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent meals, great service . Rooms were very clean and well equipped.

Location central and very handy. Lovely big room spotlessly clean and lovely bathroom. Nice extra touches in the room straighteners/fridge / bottled water/ coffee machine. Friendly helpful staff. Great choices for breakfast.
Unfortunately some noisy work going on early in the morning. The manager did apologise when we checked out.

Welcoming, friendly staff, great location, buzzing atmosphere and delicious food.
The room was clean and comfortable, but the corridors/staircase area felt a bit dark and overall a little tired, and could do with a refresh to take it to a 10/10. The only other slight downside, if you wanted conversation, was the noise level in the restaurant in the evening, but it was busy and the food and service were excellent.

Excellent location, really helpful staff and our room was very well equipped and the bed was really comfortable.
A bit of noise from outside but that's not the fault of the hotel, just the position of the room.
