A great location 5 minutes from Waverley station and only 15 minutes from the castle. Very quiet considering how busy Edinburgh is.
The apartment was large and comfortable and had a great bath, which after the amount of walking was done was a nice reward.
The shower mixing tap was a pain to regulate. Either freezing cold or scolding hot.

Close to tourist attractions and shopping malls; everything is within a few minutes' walk.
It’s located right next to the main road and a bus stop, so there’s a lack of privacy and constant traffic noise.

Excellent location! You can walk to all the main sites. The suite was quite large and very clean. I had no issues at all and I would stay there again.

The location of this property is outstanding, and the staff are wonderful. It was a great apartment with many excellent features. Wold absolutely stay again!
Could hear a bit of noise from Waverly Station in 1 of the bedrooms, but this was by no means a deal-breaker.

The views from this hotel are simply stunning! Whether a view of the city or peek into the nearby cemetery (which is very cool) this place was lovely. The staff was super kind and patient-- we were a group of 16! Unfortunately someone in our group was in a traffic accident but the hotel was so kind to hold her bags for an extended period of time and help her when she was out of hospital. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/living rooms. Very lovely and I highly recommend!

Printed Street Suites is a hidden gem in the heart of Edinburgh! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic, the laundry machine was so helpful, and the team is not only friendly but makes great cappuccinos!! Will be back and wouldn’t book anywhere else

Ideal location. Easy walk to the train station. Five block walk from the Airport Tram stop. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Excellent rooftop patio with exceptional views. Efficient daily room service.

The location is excellent, princes street is smack in the middle of everything that’s worth doing in Edinburgh, rooftop terrace was beautiful with a panoramic view of the city .
I didn’t like that the bed was crammed into a very tight corner and was a very small bed for 2 people . Too narrow . Also didn’t like that the TV in the room was outdated and no option for smart viewing such as Netflix or prime . As someone who needs TV background noise to sleep . This is something that bugged me a little . But wasn’t a dealbreaker.

The location was perfectly situated from the Royal Mile, the New Town, and the train station. The entire facility was spotless - clean and fresh. The 2 bedroom flat was spacious and well appointed. The front desk team were helpful and friendly. Luggage storage was super easy when we arrived earlier in the day. Wow and go up on the rooftop terrace - spectacular views -attaching photos to show the postcard views!
The only issue is the seal around the bathtub door needs to be resealed as a lot of water ran out onto the floor. We had plenty of towels but long term that water run off will damage the flooring in our specific flat.
