Exceptional
Everything was fabulous starting with welcoming professional staff which were much cooperative. Excellent location which all attracted area just nearby walking. Facility well equipped and clean. Wifi fast.
Definitely recommending this place and will stay here next time.

Close to the main station. Lots of restaurants, shops etc nearby. The room was big, and they had rooftop too. They even helped me to send the leftover rings of my wife.

Size was larger than expected..you could walk about anywhere and loved the cemetery nearby we could see from our window! Love Edinburgh!

The location was great, a five min walk from the Royal Mile and 3 min from Calton Hill. Countless options for food within walking distance. The hop-on/off buses start about 20 min from the front entrance. The staff was super lovely. Clean room, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchens.
The only thing we didn’t love is we weren’t sure what to do with our recyclable waste in the room.

Location is within a walking distance from most popular attractions. Equipped with an elevator. 24 hours reception desk. After 9 PM, you need to use your access card, which gives more safety. Daily room service and replacement of towels, detergent, etc.
Toilet sink is very small which makes the toilet very messy as water drops out on the floor.

Central and well-located place
- The room faced the cemetery, which might not be ideal for everyone and made the stay slightly less comfortable at night. It would have been nice to be informed about this upon arrival!
- A €190 deposit was requested, because we pre-booked with booking the room! which was not mentioned in the Booking policy and took us a bit by surprise.
- The room was not completely clean.

Great location to trains and buses. Rooms are spacious with full kitchens. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bath.
The WiFi was spotty and stopped before sitting in the living room. The toilets took a while to flush completely. And the washer wasn’t working. So detailed operating instructions would be helpful.

Location was wonderful! The staff was AMAZING! Good size bedrooms and comfortable living space!!
The only thing was the height of the bathtub. It was cumbersome getting in and out because it is so high off the floor.
