The location is excellent, princes street is smack in the middle of everything that’s worth doing in Edinburgh, rooftop terrace was beautiful with a panoramic view of the city .
I didn’t like that the bed was crammed into a very tight corner and was a very small bed for 2 people . Too narrow . Also didn’t like that the TV in the room was outdated and no option for smart viewing such as Netflix or prime . As someone who needs TV background noise to sleep . This is something that bugged me a little . But wasn’t a dealbreaker.

The location was perfectly situated from the Royal Mile, the New Town, and the train station. The entire facility was spotless - clean and fresh. The 2 bedroom flat was spacious and well appointed. The front desk team were helpful and friendly. Luggage storage was super easy when we arrived earlier in the day. Wow and go up on the rooftop terrace - spectacular views -attaching photos to show the postcard views!
The only issue is the seal around the bathtub door needs to be resealed as a lot of water ran out onto the floor. We had plenty of towels but long term that water run off will damage the flooring in our specific flat.

We booked a 1 bed but was actually a studio with a bed hidden around the corner as the announcements from Waverly bellowed across the room. Luckily staff helped. The place generally is generally run down - a shower head fell on me. They also take deposits

Proximity to the train station. Good for families and larger groups.
Some of the rooms including ours did not have nice views. Lower levels get a lot of street noise.

Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel is right on a bus line and an easy walk from Waverly station or to the Royal Mile.
Apartments are a bit broken in. Some mould around the sink caulking etc.

Perfect location, lovely 2 bed apartment, clean, gorgeous view of the graveyard and Arthur's seat!
Loved the tea and coffee with a pint of milk for our arrival!
We would just say that the beds could do with being a little bit bigger! For 2 people, they are snug!
They would fit in the rooms and make the stay even better!

When in 'self catering' accommodation we like to cook. There was a shortage of pans and larger oven dishes.

The apartment was spacious , clean and comfortable. It also was with good facilities.
They took a big amount of money as deposit which was 150£ and after my stay I asked them about the deposit,they said it will take 10 working days to be refunded to my payment card .

The location ONLY everything else is a disaster!!
Very underrated waste of money unfortunately bathrooms needs maintenance we rented the 3BR apartment, 2 beds had a major hole in the mattress we asked to be replaced they simply said “no one have complained before” as if we’re lying, and they didn’t make any effort in changing anything !
If anyone is considering this place please find another place
