Massive building project over the road , very noisy and loud from 7am.

The location was excellent and it was clean and the staff was lovely. There was also a lovely view of old town from our window.
The breakfast was not nice.

The location was excellent; close to Old Town and New Town, train station and other attractions
The hotel is located on a busy street so the noise from the street is high plus there is construction next store that starts early in the morning. Access to the lobby is via stairs so hard for those to get luggage up.

The location is fantastic and provides easy access to all parts of Edinburgh.
The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the staff do a great job keeping everything provided and the tables clean.

Very central location, opposite bus to airport, convenient, bar/dining room food was very good, friendly & helpful staff including helping with luggage up to reception, window able to be open to get some air.
No lift from ground floor up to reception / room on arrival very warm.

The room was smaller than what was shown in the photo and since I had booked months in advance I thought I would be given the one a little nicer.
