For the price we paid the room was very small and no view at all
First reception staff that greeted us was not the most welcoming and the room we wish got felt like we were put in a tiny attic room for the price we paid. And the breakfast option was not very big

Staff were nice and friendly and accommodating. So thumbs up for them. Hotel is in a great location,
Breakfast would be improved with a better range of fresh fruit. The bar at night is fine but the lighting is overly bright and doesn't invite you to stay for long as its not so relaxing being so bright. The room was comfortable and no problems, shame the view was dismal and depressing out the window however!

Good location, just next to Waverley, 24h reception, small but tidy room.
The room was just a bit too small for me but I'm 6,3"tall.

Breakfast fine ,was a bit put off as mouse in room where else in hotel were they as other guests had to be moved for same reason .
Location brilliant that's why I picked it central .
I booked this for my sister and husband for their 70th birthday for 2 nights .
They had to move rooms as had a mouse in their room they weren't the only people that had to be moved during their stay .there was no compensation for the move ,just ok we will move you the third floor .

Location brilliant. Good rooms and breakfast. Friendly staff.
Be good to have proper USB charging at the bedside but other than that it was all good.
