Great location, central to everything. Delicious breakfast and spacious room
Some facilities like lights didn’t work in the room or flickered but managed with lamps etc so wasn’t a huge issue

This is a very nice hotel and the location for our needs was perfect as we were traveling by train and it was very close by. The only down side to the hotel is the lack of elevator to the ground level. It was difficult carrying suitcases up stairs to the lobby. Although the staff were extremely nice and would have carried them for us if we had asked.

The size of the room much larger than expected enough room to spread out suitcases. The lobby bar was also an excellent place to relax and enjoy sandwiches and a drink.
We stayed facing the back lane and it was incredibly noisy with metal clanging construction sounds at all hours of the morning as well as people coming back from bars.

Excellent location and a spacious room.
There are a lot of stairs and, unfortunately, no elevator.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
The room categories can also be misleading. There are two types of rooms: an interior room and an interior room with a window. The distinction between the two should be much clearer to guests when booking.
The services are also very limited. For example, we requested an extra box of tissues, but the staff member seemed surprised by the request!
I believe basic amenities such as tissues should be readily available upon request.

It’s location
Stairs, lots of stairs. For people with limited mobility or completely handicapped, it would be exceptionally difficult to manage. Also, they refused to accept my green Amex card although they would accept a gold or titanium Amex. They were exceptionally rude about it and even when I put Amex on phone to explain there really wasn’t any difference to the property as far as me using my green card they still refused to accept it.

Its location and the carpark nearby with the discount was great
There was a lot of street noise all night and we were on the top floor. It was hot up there so the window needed to be open.

Our room had porthole windows. It was very hot and very noisy. There was only one unused electrical outlet and it was on the floor by the door. Not convenient at all. Bar person could only make the drinks on the menu. I ordered a cosmo and I don’t think there was any vodka in it. We ordered shrimp scampi in the restaurant and got shrimp nuggets. There was no scampi
