Very helpful staff, clean and central location.
There is no lift, up to reception, so you must take the luggage up about 20 steps, although there is a porter service. From reception to the upper floor there is a lift. Also, since I'm used to a large double bed, the one we had was a bit narrow., otherwise comfortable.

The room was a good size with a fab view over Princes Street.
The walls between rooms were so thin I could hear every word of the conversations being held - and even the sound of them stirring their hot drinks.

No stopping place in front of the hotel to drop off luggage. So had to park at Omni and carry luggage. Narrow entrance and steps and stairs up to reception. Then stairs to lift. No disabled access.

Room was clean , tidy and well organized (bonus points to the Brodies shortbread cookies, I loved it!). The location is one of a kind, everything is walking distance! The staff is amazing, they were kind, caring and accommodating! Loved this place, I highly recommend it and we’ll definitely be back there!

Room was a reasonable size, nice and clean and tea/coffee frequently replenished
recently refurbed bathroom had both sink and bath were uncomfortably high. it seemed as if they had been specifically placed for a very tall person. We were also unable to position the shower head in the right direction. Our friends room had sockets that did not work and faulty door lock. workmen seemed to start drilling after 11 pm on weekday nights

Great location, helpful and lovely staff, clean and nice.
Just cheese and jam on bread. Would have liked ham too. No elevator from street to next floor, too many extra steps, we still got help with the bags.

Centrally located, nice that they had a bar.
Lots of stairs to even just get to the reception. Room was small for the price, and it was a bit loud from the street noise late at night.
