It's very Central and near the Bus and Train stations and the Airport Bus.
The Lift broke down twice!!! After a serious discussion, as we were on the top floor, we were begrudgingly given a small discount, which we gladly accepted.

Great location!! Loved the restaurant and bar area!!
The elevator/lift was broke most of the time I was there. I was on the 6th floor and had to walk up 6 flights of stairs when the elevator was not in use. I chose this hotel because they advertised an elevator/lift. It made it very hard to appreciate the hotel due to the issues wth the elevator/lift not working.

Room was extremely small and the only window was a sliver, which looked out onto the fire escape and construction. Not really what id expect for £300 a night

Convenient, they did everything to help me I asked for early check in my room was ready. Lovely room very clean. Tea and coffee facilities in the room..lots of mirrors. Staff really friendly bag storage.
I didn't know how to work the TV but I didn't really have time to watch it anyway.
