These stylish apartments are in Edinburgh, with views of the Firth of Forth and easy access by bus to Edinburgh city center. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and a DVD library. Ocean Serviced Apartments form part of Edinburgh's regenerated harbor area. The Royal Yacht Britannia and the shops, cinemas and restaurants of the Ocean Terminal complex are close by. The bustling city center with the famous Edinburgh Castle is a 15-minute drive away. Each apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 tiled bathrooms. The large living rooms have digital TVs, DVD players and comfortable sofas. Some rooms also have views of the bay, and facilities and services can be tailored to your needs. The fully equipped kitchens have ovens, fridges, dishwashers and washing machines. They open on to a dining area with a table and chairs for guests. Apartments are serviced and fresh linen and towels are provided once a week.

View is fantastic Very quiet location and away from the otherwise hustle bustle of Edinburg . 2 min walking distance to the nearest bus stop so very convenient to take bus and travel wherever you like .

This was an excellent property with very scenic views, not far from the city centre. The property had excellent furniture, was very tidy. The check in/check out instructions were crystal clear and we had no problems with the process. Also, it was great value for what was on offer.

We had a little trouble locating and getting in the building as it was dark when we arrived. Once inside, instructions provided were very helpful. Nice parking area beneath building. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi excellent. Bus stop close by , but 40-45 ride to Edinburgh city center. Tram station 15-20 walk. Seemed to be nice, safe area. Nice view. We would stay here again.
Kitchen was a little small for 4 adults. No other problems.

The rooms are clean, the living room is specious. It is in Leith a little bit far from city center but Edinburgh is small so you can reach there in 15-20min.there is washing machine combined with dryer but the drying very weak, it is better to give it another spin and dry it out in the living room There was a problem with the heater but they sent tge maintenance and helped with that
No good hand soap only small piece of hard sap poor quality we had to buy a hand soap No shampoo, shower gel or moisturizer No face tissue only toilet tissue The washing machine door was not opening after the wash we had to wait 24 for someone to come and open it No reception at holiday (Christmas) and no urgent phone number to call if something happened They don’t answer their phone at all so I had to contact booking and they contact them if I need something No slippers at all We extended one night as we were planning to to London but the train station was all closed at 26 and the one night was very pricey 210 pounds I had an issue with my visa and I was late few hours only from paying the extra night and they sent me threatening letter to leave the apartment. I told them we are not thieves and I paid once the tissue is fixed, I dud not like their attitude No one to collect the garbage, I had to ask to it and they only remove the kitchen one not the bathroom ones No room service No in room phone for the reception you have to go yourself and they are closed in weekend and holidays

Superb location near see, whit excellent view outside the window. easy 10min walk from only city tram who goes directly from airport to apartment. all rooms where clean and tidy. as we checked in outside working hours provided instructions how to get in and later where to leave keys was excellent and easy to understandable.
Only part what I possibly would like to change is -> add possibility to somehow keep doors open to all rooms, as we traveled as family and we had to sacrifice some chair to keep doors open

The view was stunning! Could see the Royal Yacht from our windows. Overall, apartment was clean and in good condition. Heaters worked really well to get the place nice and toasty
Company appears to have left out the complimentary coffee and tea so we didnt have anything in the morning after a late arrival. Also, the building is really poorly constructed so you can hear the neighbors as if they were in your room. Also, during the storms it sounded like the roof was going to blow off and it was hard to sleep.

Heating and shower were good. Most of beds good, one however was very squeaky. Clean and tidy. Layout good.
Laking in cozy comfort, ie cushions and rugs as floor very cold. Unfortunately only one bus service that comes out to the apartments and on the days we were here was not running, however only 15 minute walk to the tram which takes you into Leith and town.

It was in a great area for walking to get groceries nearby, a great restaurant we went to several times, and it was great having 2 bathrooms ! Looking out the window and seeing the view of the ships and water was a big bonus!!

We both liked and hated the self check in ability. It was frustrating because the check in information was only relayed via email despite being hounded for all the pre-check in information via both email and Booking.com. Usually (99%), of all booking-related stuff is conducted through the Booking.com app with verifications and confirmations sent via email. However, once we located the check in information, throughout two or three different emails, the process was very straight foreword. The location is okay. You’re a 15-20 minute walk to a Tesco and some cafes and a half hour from the airport.
The service or agency that manages bookings is a nuisance to say the least. They email and private message you on Booking.com nonstop but only for pre-check in related stuff. After paying booking.com for the stay an additional £100 deposit as well as a picture of a valid drivers license was required before ANY check in information would be provided. The option to opt out of giving your credit card and personal information (drivers license) over email/internet is only an option if you’re arriving before 3:30pm and not utilizing the self check in option. Once I had provided them with both I was still receiving messages of the same copy and pasted prompt to pay the £100 deposit and email them a picture of my drivers license. I thought after submitting both, the messages/emails would stop. I was wrong. Finally, once, both were provided, begrudgingly over email/the internet due to us needing to utilize the self check in, I was only contacted via email about the check in instructions. All communications/updates via Booking.com ceased. Once in the apartment, a binder is provided. In it, it briefly mentions that you’re expected to leave the apartment as you found it, and if not, additional fees will be charged. When on vacation or whatever, the last thing you want to worry about is housekeeping like tasks. Please note, there is no room services of any kind, which is totally fine as there a dishwasher and washer/dryer, but again, if you’re on vacation and the last thing you want to worry about is having to wash your own linens and so on. Your only options are to pay a fee for additional towels/linens or purchase cleaning detergent and wash them yourself. Lastly, the hot water is finite. You only have 40 minutes from the time your hot water comes out of the shower head until your shower will be ice cold. I know most people don’t need a 40 minute shower however, if someone tends to take longer showers than most, e.g.
