Location- perfect for getting into Edinburgh without paying exorbitant parking costs.
Not the property’s fault so much, but a coach load of kids on a rugby tour meant the pool was crazy busy and not fun for adults winding down after a busy day!

Great location, right next to tram stop which takes you into the centre of Edinburgh. We were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise, it was very comfortable and spacious. Fantastic breakfast. All communal areas were well maintained, we didn’t have time to use the leisure facilities but they looked great.

The location is only 10/15 minutes on the tram to the centre of Edinburgh. It’s literally 1 minute from the hotel to the station and the hotel is so easy to get to from the motorway. The hotel is clean and inviting and so open. The staff were absolutely wonderful to us on arrival and very attentive. This was our first time staying here but due to the staff and the way we were treated we will definitely be back and it will be one of our top hotel options going forward. Our room was beautiful spacious and clean.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything I needed was provided in the room. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options, which was a great start to each day. The swimming pool and saunas were also a nice additional bonus.
It was also very helpful that we could leave our luggage in the storage room as we arrived early.
Although the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, it is very convenient to get around thanks to the tram, which provides easy access both to the center and the airport.
The only downside was that, for some reason, the room initially assigned to us had not been cleaned. However, this was resolved very quickly and we were given a new room, although it was located a bit further away from our group than originally planned.
