I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything I needed was provided in the room. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options, which was a great start to each day. The swimming pool and saunas were also a nice additional bonus.
It was also very helpful that we could leave our luggage in the storage room as we arrived early.
Although the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, it is very convenient to get around thanks to the tram, which provides easy access both to the center and the airport.
The only downside was that, for some reason, the room initially assigned to us had not been cleaned. However, this was resolved very quickly and we were given a new room, although it was located a bit further away from our group than originally planned.

I love the morning breakfast, suna and the swimming pool. The bathroom is really nice and bed were really comfy
There was no water refreshment after we drank them, I would have like if they top us up with water each day. The first night there was a small part hear in our bath tub.. a bit noisy the room we stayed on 4th floor we thought we could hear someone playing music loudly or watching TV we weren't sure.

I’d like to stay there again , because the staff are friendly, respectful, and always helpful. I really appreciate that they offer membership without requiring any upfront payment, which is very convenient.
Although the rooms don’t initially include items like a dental kit or slippers, the reception staff are always quick to provide them upon request without hesitation.
Overall, it’s been a very pleasant and amazing stay.
The bedside lamp is missing . I switch it on during midnight and didn’t work . And I switch on the main light and check the bedside lights and the light is missing .

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was spotless and had great facilities. Breakfast was great. Hotel on a convenient train root to the city.
Only issue was that we found the beds to be a bit too firm for us so didn't have a great sleep.

Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Good choice for breakfast. Grandson loved the swimming pool. Room was adequate with comfortable bed.
Wife was a little disappointed room didnt look like photos online.. although my fault for not doing my research. Restaurant quite expensive. A little out of the way for city centre.. although tram stops very close by, and a decent shopping precinct on the doorstep.. so any gripes are minimal.

Disappointing
The property had a booking on Saturday which meant that facilities for the other guests such as bar where out of bounds. The fact that we were not advised prior to booking was extremely poor considering we were also a large booking. Perhaps the function room could have been used ??? Or offered to the other guests but instead we felt like an inconvience…..very poor

One of the reception staff was rude she just shouldn’t work in hospitality.
