Used it as a base to spend a day in Edinburgh, so only stayed two nights. Comfortable and spacious. Everything you need in a hotel. We didn’t eat or drink there, but the menu looked fine. Never had the chance to use the pool, but it looked good and others were taking advantage of it. Chosen because of its good reviews and close proximity to the tram which made getting into the city a doddle - although trams were terminating at Haymarket while we were there.
It can be a bit difficult to reach, even when you can see it! Make sure to check their website for the best post code for the sat nav.

The stuff was soo nice and the pool soo nice and rooms were clean and shower was powerful... really happy with the hotel...very easy to get to from airport and get to City
Would have liked to check in a little earlier but understand these no easy 3 was ok but would have like 1 or 2 ...apart from that it was a well run hotel

Close to airport
Great room, clean, comfortable including the sofa bed. They were prepared for all three of us with bed & sofa bed made up and plenty of linens. Appreciate the non slip bath mat. Nice dinner in the restaurant.
Parking was available but 12.40 GBP a night
Minor issue but we got a lot of water on the BR floor after first shower due to size and open seam on partial glass shower curtain
When curtain closed, open window blocked.
A bit noisy, close to motorway and train.

Close to station, beautiful amenities, pool and sauna were excellent. As it’s close to the train, our room had a view of the train line and we could hear the train pass by periodically which may bother some but didn’t bother us. Room was clean and modern. We liked the location as it was close to city centre but not within which suited us perfectly as we had a car and needed parking

It was clean. Excellent location close to the tram.
I stayed 2 nights. I paid for parking as instructed for 2 days. After a few days I got a letter to charge me 100 £ for over stay. It seems the parking ends at midnight even if you pay for 2 days. Similar thing happened to my brother and was charged 200 £ for 2 cars. The staff should take care of parking issues instead of letting their customer being scammed by a 3rd party company for the insite parking. Other hotels take care of this for customers or give free parking. I would appreciate if they charged me directly by the hotel and saved me the parking scam.
Any new nenant with car please be careful of the parking scam as it finishes 12 midnight. So if you are staying one night you need to book parking for 2 days. I am sure many people are getting charged 100 £ and many will be surprised at the airport if they are tourist. This does not seem incidental for me.

The location is great, the rooms are great, clean and comfortable.
The parking charge and even more the fact the staff don't make you aware of this.
Arrived after a very long day at 4am in pitch black with two young kids. When I seen the signs I only assumed it was Private parking for hotel guests, especially at a rate of £169 for 1 night (no breakfast included).
When I enquiried after some sleep at the check out, I was informed I will be getting a ticket and all I can do is pay for it now to then deal with the cancellation of the ticket with proof that I paid for it once I left the parking. The women at the reception was so condescending and really just rude, just saying that there are signs everywhere. Well at the rate per night and the standard that they are trying to achieve I do not believe it would be too much for the reception staff ask if they have parked to ensure their customers are not fined.
To charge for the parking in general is outrages at this rate per room.
The reception staff need to refresh their customer skills and maybe just care a little more?!
