The location is great, the rooms are great, clean and comfortable.
The parking charge and even more the fact the staff don't make you aware of this.
Arrived after a very long day at 4am in pitch black with two young kids. When I seen the signs I only assumed it was Private parking for hotel guests, especially at a rate of £169 for 1 night (no breakfast included).
When I enquiried after some sleep at the check out, I was informed I will be getting a ticket and all I can do is pay for it now to then deal with the cancellation of the ticket with proof that I paid for it once I left the parking. The women at the reception was so condescending and really just rude, just saying that there are signs everywhere. Well at the rate per night and the standard that they are trying to achieve I do not believe it would be too much for the reception staff ask if they have parked to ensure their customers are not fined.
To charge for the parking in general is outrages at this rate per room.
The reception staff need to refresh their customer skills and maybe just care a little more?!

Large, clean and comfortable room. Lovely restaurant served great breakfasts. We also had dinner there twice. The staff were professional and attentive.
This is a good place to stay as the tram stops nearby. You can be in the centre of Edinburgh very quickly.

Location, handly to find. Nice rooms, friendly staff.
Room was well used, bed hurt my back. This time we where at the back of the hotel, last time the front, there is a big big difference with noise, trains, trams, building work etc. We got an evening meal, they lost the order, waited an hour, mine was warm and freshly made my wife's was cold! They did save the bil.

Location is very good, you have access from airport and city centre easily with tram.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
We arrived early (around 10am) and requested early check-in if it’s possible, 40£ you have to pay extra if you want early. we could bring our bags there and visited the city centre.
Sauna and swimming pool was nice and clean.
Room was comfortable and bed was very good.
Breakfast can be a bit cheaper

Stayed here before with family and cane back with group. Reliable good chain with comfortable modern rooms and professional staff . Good position near airport and importantly the tram stop.
Local to hotel feels bit industrial estate and not much available food/ drink wise if you want change from hotel - unless you take tram of course
