The buffet breakfast was very nice and good value for money. Location was spot on to watch ac/dc at Murrayfield.
I also appreciated the 12pm check out, very good.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. Nice hotel, very clean. Recommended.
Can’t think of anything, but would always like to pay less.

It was wonderful. We got stuck at the airport because of a cancelled flight. The Novotel was a consolation. Staff was extremely nice, room was spacious and clean and the pool was great. We'd love to stay at this hotel next time again. Tops!

Customer service was lavking.Our bookings couldnt be found and we were kept waiting for over 30minutes.
Key Cards kept locking thru the stay.Had to go back dowb to lobby a few times to reset.
Breakfast had no chicken options.Only Beef,Pork and Ham.

The room was stinky like some mouldy cloth, the rubber mat in the bathroom was indeed mouldy(removing that reduced the odour a bit but not completely), there were trashes such as dried fruits in the corners and beneath the beds when we checked in, the toilet became full of yellow-brown liquid after ~6hrs of not using.

The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Easy to reach from the airport if you have a car.
Housekeeping staff was excellent.
View from my room of the train and tram line and the trash bins was disappointing.
TV in the workout area is located on a wall such that you can't watch it from the treadmills.
The flight attendants staying at the hotel took up a lot of space in the lobby.
There is no shuttle to the airport so to take a taxi to the airport was approximately $40.
