Very nice hotel with very good price,all the staff are very nice.
5 minutes walk to tram and rail station.
Krispy kreme and KFC are next to the hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Nice staff. Very helpful. Hotel was nice and clean too, swimming pool and gym were great and the hotel was 5 minutes away from the tram into the city .
Do not disturb sign was up in the morning while we were still in the room but was taken away when we left the room and changed so our room could be serviced with new towels, bins emptied etc but on return it wasn't. We got towels from the swimming pool for our room that night and left rhe dirty towels and filled bags outside our door.

From the moment we spoke to Valentin at reception we felt like we were visiting a friend. He kept us right with the facilities and where to go. Every one we spoke to were friendly and full of information. When we wanted anything we just asked ad we had a good response from all staff. Good food and good serving staff.
The railway outside our room window, however hardly noticed it once we closed the window properly.

Nice hotel to be out of the city hub. But also very easy to get to the airport and downtown.
Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Room was comfortable, clean and with everything we needed.

Room was clean and modern with all amenities necessary, the pool was a bonus to have on site. Staff were pleasant and courteous at all times. Restaurant dinner was delicious. The hotel was very close to a train station, tram and bus routes.
Breakfast price was too high for a full family.

Good food. Very convenient location for getting into City Centre or the airport. Staff was very friendly and held my bags when I arrived early.
Shower door had a small gap so water could get on floor. But otherwise, no complaints.
