Very friendly staff and location was good .Easy to find and close to tram line for quick travel to city centre.
Room was too hot and difficult to cool down .Lamp shade was split and untidy .A piece of rubber from window seal kept hitting window on outside when windy.Very uneven paving to and from car park nearly had a fall .Small things but wouldn't stop us staying again.

The location was very near to a few departmental shops and was very accessible to groceries.
The bedside lights were not working. The gym facilities needs to be repaired as only 1 machine was working.

Lovely breakfast
Bathroom had hair in the shower
When booking it stated breakfast included but when we arrived it wasnt.
It was fine though as we were happy to pay for breakfast and it was lovely.
I would possibly update there info regarding breakfast on the booking site.
