Typical modern new build hotel. Clean and had adequate facilities. We had a swim in the pool which was nice. The train to the centre of Edinburgh is regular and efficient. Parking is on site but you need to navigate paying for parking via check in desk and run the risk of a fine.
Its primarily a business hotel. You get that transactional / could be anywhere feel. Coffee machine was broken meaning long waits for much needed caffeine!

All of the staff we met were extremely friendly, and easy to talk to regarding anything to do with our stay. The room was spotless and exactly as described, we slept very well and it was quiet with minimal noise from neighbouring rooms or the hallway. We ate in the restaurant, which was lovely. Couldn't fault the food, and again the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pool in the hotel was also easily accessible, very clean and all ammenities easy to use and relax in a calming environment.

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff and good facilities, I really enjoyed having the swimming pool and sauna. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.
The breakfast which we decilined having was very expensive and the parking fees for an out of town hotel seemed very expensive.

Loved this clean, tidy hotel. Shame we didn’t have a chance to use the facilities, they looked lovely. Restaurant and reception staff very accommodating.

Nice welcome bring “guest of the day”. Upgraded room was a nice touch. Great friendly staff, especially on welcome. Parking great.
It’s a fair way out of central Edinburgh (7km) however the train and tram are 5 mins walk away which compensates.

We arrived at midnight thirty but has advised previously. We used room service for our children room, but had to pay at the reception. Also we were not told we had to pay parking at arrival in the hotel. I stayed at the novotel in Bordeaux in April and was very impressed. This one was rather bad in comparison.
