Very friendly staff. Great location. great breakfast. Drinking water in the fridge.
Wifi was not workable. Having to pay £20 for parking. Toilet separate from the bathroom.

Staff member on front desk late evening was amazing!
Room given the bed legs were broken / at a sight angle wasn’t till after waking up felt it! Ended up sleeping head at bottoms of bed

Value, room, you had a pool that was a bonus for kids. Dinner , wine was decent. Modern room. Nice reception and waiting area, again modern with some styling.

The staff were helpful they brought us extra towels, refreshments and made the sofa bed for us. Staff at reception were happy to help with guidance and advice with regards to getting out and about in the city centre. We Loved the fact they had a sauna, Jacuzzi and pool. The location was excellent. In the restaurant they were happy to accommodate my dietary requirements.
I chose Novel city centre because it had a swimming pool but as soon as we walked into the changing room our eyes started to sting. There was too much chlorine in the pool. We stayed as long as we could, mainly because my son wanted to play but it was too strong to bare for very long. The pool was small and also very busy.
