The staff went above and beyond!! We stayed there the night after our wedding and they gave us a complimentary upgrade just because we mentioned it in passing! Really didn't expect anything so it was lovely!!

Breakfast was good , nice bar attached and food was nice there, great pool , nice rooms
It’s a very minor issue but changing room cubicles for the pool would have been useful. I know the Edinburgh park Novotel has changing rooms. I was with my daughter and we had to use the toilet to get changed .

Wonderful
Hotel location is excellent easy to walk Grassmarket and castle area. Lots of restaurant and supermarkets nearby. Room is very big with double bed and sofa bed as well. Hotel has indoor swimming pool which is good attraction for families with kid.
Room services should be a bit better to clean the room when we are outside. Apart from that hotel is good for our expectations.

THERE IS NO AC IN THE ROOM . they gave us fan to use it . It was too hot like a sauna in the room . Parking was too small and hard to park

Excellent facilities, staff really helpful, clean.
Asked for early check in which we didn't get. Checked after 3 and the room still wasn't ready, sofabed not set up, no cover on the pillow or the duvet for the sofabed, no extra towel or cups/glasses, had to ask for the to be rectified. This is after being advised that the room had been checked over by the 'room supervisor '.
