Great location for everything we needed, it is a beautiful hotel.
Glass so much glass everywhere, the shock factor of the see through shower was a lot i never expected this and would sadly stop me staying here again. There was also a big stain on our carpet im assuming was make up and for just under £1000 for a 2 night stay id expected it to be stain free.

The breakfast was cold and we didn’t get our room tended to so we ran out of toilet roll, water and towels not what you’d expect when you pay £1500 for 2 nights !!

Liked the location, reasonably quiet both from outside and between rooms, good services- pool, restaurant, jazz music etc.
Very expensive for what you got. Small room, weak shower, a little rough around the edges, had to request a separate key to get into pool each time.

Nice hotel, short walk to the castle area. Staff was super helpful and the breakfast was great. Restaurant had a good whiskey selection and pub food. We'd take a taxi from the train station next time, we walked and it was a bit further than expected. Overall great place.

The hotel is very well located, very close to all the action but far enough to be quite. The breakfast spread was good but repetitive.
It was very warm and there is no aircon in the room, which to me, is quite surprising for a 4star hotel, especially when it is so expensive! Windows don’t open fully, hence not very helpful. They provided small fans but that’s not ideal.

The staff were helpful with storing our luggage. The bartender made us coffee in the morning since we did not want the full buffet.
The air conditioning was either not functioning properly or was purposefully turned off. The guest rooms were uncomfortably warm. We opened the windows and ran a portable fan provided by the hotel. The gym room was also too hot.

The hotel room was nice, and the breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Nice to have a fridge in the room.
The room was hot, and there was no air conditioning. I think for the price, there could be some biscuits in the room with the tea and coffee. I have stayed in Radisson where these are provided. A little pricey. Also described as city centre, but it wasn’t exactly in the city centre.
