Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Room good, leisure facilities lovely. Food was nice.
Room was very hot. The AC helped but it was a little noisy but was definitely necessary over night.
Hotel is lovely and clean but whatever they use to clean the restaurant leaves the tables and floor so sticky. A change of product would likely solve this.

Great location, pleasant and welcoming staff, very good housekeeping services.
Decent room size with very comfortable beds.
Room has separate bathroom and toilet
Paid Parking available in the hotel
No effective cooling system with central AC works in hotel common areas while the air conditioning unit in the room only functions as fan, (we had couple of warm days in June)
There is no water in the toilet i.e. no sink to wash hands and of course no bidet (Shattaf)
Daily rate was a bit expensive

Disappointing
Good location, clean rooms and the restaurant was nice with lovely staff there. Quiet rooms, we didn’t hear much in the hall or the typical doors slamming.
The room was uncomfortably warm - we had to dress our baby in only a short sleeve vest - as there was no air con and the window only opened slightly. A fan was provided, but didn’t do much unless blowing on you all night, which was not suitable for baby. Cashless hotel, which was frustrating and parking was a very expensive addition to the stay. Pool area was nice but not suitable for a quiet swim, as there were lots of children in it (which wasn’t a problem for us, but something to be aware of when booking.) Also, sauna was not very hot. Curtains not fully blackout and construction work started at 8am - this didn’t bother us as we were awake but, again, something to be aware of when booking.

Lovely reception area and good location.
Sofa bed not made up prior to our arrival and we all had to sit awkwardly in the room while this was done. Separate toilet with no wash hand basin. Only instant coffee no coffee machine.
