Hotel was lovely, great location.
Bed was way too soft. Had a terrible night sleep and woke up aching all over, particularly my back. This is obviously personal preference. My daughter loves a soft bed and had a good sleep. I like a firm bed.

Good location, very clean and a very easy check-in
It was very warm in the hotel and room even with the window open. Sadly due to an event on in the city the cost of the room for the night (£297) was a lot more than it should have been.

Exceptional
I booked last minute, so a wheelchair accessible room wasn't available. Despite that, the staff permitted me to park in a reserved spot in the car park as a blue badge holder. They also provided a shower chair. Lovely people and great location. Kids loved the swimming pool.

Brilliant location, not far from the Grassmarket, train station, local parks and restaurants, supermarkets. Very helpful staff, maintenance people fast reactive, facilities were fine. Would definitely return.

Clean, modern, good location for sightseeing.
The room lacked basic hotel amenities. Hotel stuffs did not explained the facilities much, which made us less comfortable.

The staff were expectional couldn't do enough for you. Food was delicious and facilities were clean.
Bed was a little bit on the hard side and so was the sofa bed. That was the only thing I could find fault with.
