The staff was just wonderful especially with my little kid. They were super nice and gentle! The room was nice, clean and very quite. We also used the pool and it was really a great experience.
The only down sides is the non smart tv in the room (which didn't allow us to mirror our phone), the bathroom separated from the toilet (in the same room) and the restaurant (which was not that great)

No air conditioning, it was 16 degrees outside when we stayed and the building was BOILING HOT. Especially over night. The windows only open a certain amount for safety, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, just a plug in fan which did nothing to reduce the temperature in the room.

Reception was very welcoming and informative. The lifts were functional and regular. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of electric sockets. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was well cleaned each day.
We were disappointed at the lack of storage. There was a wardrobe but no drawer space at all. This meant that sweaters etc., had to be left on surfaces.

Very good location Breakfast was excellent
Not very helpful front desk staff - not willing to go any extra distance to help We couldn’t get into their car park at 3pm, goodness knows what time you have to turn up. The NCP one is quite a long walk with luggage but they do kindly sort a discount No chance of a (short) late check out - front desk staff showed no interest in helping For the price of the rooms they are pretty small
