Not very helpful front desk staff - not willing to go any extra distance to help
We couldn’t get into their car park at 3pm, goodness knows what time you have to turn up. The NCP one is quite a long walk with luggage but they do kindly sort a discount
No chance of a (short) late check out - front desk staff showed no interest in helping
For the price of the rooms they are pretty small

The pool was brilliant
Toilet had no sink, unable to wash hands if shower room occupied. Had to fill kettle using a mug. Check out time was 12noon, door was banged on loudly twice early in the morning. 2nd time we answered it to be asked “what time are yous leaving?” Did convey this to reception & was offered a complimentary drink!

So close to city center and train station. Nice facilities, children loved the pool, bar/restaurant had a nice feel. We loved the breakfast especially the make your own waffle. Staff was very friendly
Family room was on the small side. Not enough staff in the reception so led to very slow check-in/check-out. Swimming pool changing room boy/girl separated, very small, was unsure what to do with my boy and girl. Every time you want to go, you also need to go get a token from reception which always appeared busy.

Traffic noise. The fridge didn’t work. Stains on the carpet and a hairdryer with too short a flex to actually reach a mirror!!!

Very central location. Bus stations very close by for local commute. Good restaurants close-by. Walkable to most attractions if you like walking. All in all an apt place to stay. 9/10.
