Wonderful
We had a twin room on 4th floor for a 2 night stay, great central location, good size room and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the use of the small pool and jacuzzi. Reception staff lovely, did not take breakfast at our choice. Small Sainsburys very closeby to pick up anything needed. Would stay again and recommend.

Lovely clean hoteland cleaners kept everything stocked up for us, they are great at their job. Room nicely decorated We had breakfast one morning was a great selection and food delicious. Nice looking pool but didnt get to use it.
Stayed in room 201 and we were very cold, the fan unit was blowing out cold air, spoke to reception to make sure we were operating it correctly and we were. They provided us with a small oil filled plug in radiator which we had on the whole night but wasnt helping, spoke with staff second day who provided us with extra duvets so wasnt as bad until we had to get out of the blankets which isnt much good when you are paying to stay somewhere. Also no bedding was provided for kids staying on the sofa bed upon arrival but reception got that sorted for us.

Woken very early, with a lot of noise from a bucket lorry in the next hotel, if you want a good night's sleep, dont book 536 room

Wonderful
Check in was smooth and easy, and staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean with very comfortable beds and everything we needed. Access to the pool and sauna was included which was a nice touch.

Warm and friendly staff.So helpful ,i couldnt fault them. Everywhere was perfectly clean. The room was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and the swimming pool,jacuzzi and sauna was amazing. I didnt have enough time to yse the gym but it looked fabulous. Prime location
Absolutely nothong to complain about. Except i should have booked for longer.Five days wasnt enough. I will be back soon

Me and my girlfriend loved that they’re was a pool and a nice restaurant and bar as we love going out to explore and and try new things.
only think I would say was the drink choice wasn’t the best but we was still very happy!
