The room didnt have many pillows and the bed wasnt comfiortable ..the menu in the resturant was quite a poor choice . The service charge being added to the meal seemed unfair.. it ended up a expensive meal that waant even that nice

It was on the outskirts of the city vibrant although it was said to be city centre We paid £11 taxis in and out and it mounts up

That there was a swimming pool, lots of towel, sauna was quite big and a small gym, bed was comfotable
You had to pay for bath wardrobe and slipper for a 4 star hotel, this is quite poor service, didn't expect this considering the amount already paid for room. Also because of how the bathroom door was hung which was all glass it managed to cut me
