Location was great, we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. I booked this hotel as it had swimming included for my daughter who loves to splash around. We got to use the pool once. We were not told you had to book in advance and everytime we tried to take her we were told you didn’t specify on check in? No one or no where said to do this? I could have booked many other hotels cheaper but chose this hotel for the reason of the swimming. We have stayed at holidays Inn and you can use all facilities whenever? Made the trip a little disappointing as the weather was poor over the weekend and we could even use the hotel facilities. The room was clean but we had coffee and hot chocolate on first night and the milk, coffee and hot chocolate were not re stocked in the room?

Great central location, walking distance to the Mile and Victoria Street. Room was clean and more than suitable for what we needed. Tap Bar was great and had singers on each night we were there. We only had Breakfast at the hotel, but that was great, loads to choose from and all staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was lovely and suitable for children as long as an adult is with them.
Not really anything we didn't like. If I was being really picky, we were going to stay in the hotel to eat on our second night but we found the menu for the main restaurant was limited and with no local dishes. The bar menu had a wider range of food, and something that everyone would eat but again no local dishes.

The breakfast had a good variety of cooked and continental. It was always warm and staff were attentive to ensure there was plenty of each item. The bedrooms were comfortable, especially the beds and the location was ideal for exploring!

Staff, MoMo and the room where all very pleasant. The room was really comfortable, clean and cozy. I didnt get the time to check out all the other ammeneties like the pool or the gym, it looks nice tho.
