Location turned out to be quite good for many of the sights we wanted to see.
Overrun with children so the pool, spa and sauna, while also needing a bit of maintenance, was not enjoyable. We also only asked for linen change on one of our four nights and our bed was just made up with the same sheets, so I had to go get sheets and make it myself. The front desk staffer who helped was new but very helpful. Also the carpet in the room and multiple stains.

Clean, well presented overall. Liked the room but only one set of towels, one water etc in a room for two. Lack of dinner options and the breakfast time restrictions led us to go elsewhere.
This is a hotel with pool, jacuzzi and gym facilities. The only time we tried to use the pool there were a lot of families with young children in arm bands screaming and jumping in and out of the jacuzzi?!Robes are extra and are not offered, but actually are available if you ask? Not that you’d find it very relaxing… I wouldn’t stay again. Just surprised as had thought Novotel clientele was mainly adults/business/professionals..but clearly not.

Didn’t like bath toilet in different rooms furniture bit dated ! And duvet was very flat … breakfast not too bad
Also small locker space and pool smaller then it looked in pictures and sauna wasn’t that warm but the sauna itself lovely size !
