Wonderful
Our room was located in the original house. It was a fine size and the bath fixtures were very nice and the bed comfortable. The meals were also excellent.
Our room was not equipped with air conditioning- I must have missed that when getting the room. We simply opened our window and it was quite nice.

Beautiful surroundings and main areas. Staff were all lovely
Room 107 absolutely stank of dampness. Window was open when we arrived so we didn’t smell it as much, closed it when we left however when we came back late at night it was awful. Definitely not worth the money for a damp room

Location was amazing. Breakfast was amazing. And service’s were excellent.
But for the price we paid on the room for two nights we felt like staying at Nan’s house. We would’ve happily upgraded if we had of been offered.

The Hydro pool was out of use on the day we had our spa treatments.

For such a nice hotel one would expect someone to meet us at the taxi and help us with our bags. Also the reception didn't give us a map or basic info on times for breakfast.
