Very disappointed - personal at the reception not very helpful , not very friendly, not answering the hello and even the one time I have asked for a support to reach down town, I have been given a list of buses which do not go to the city- luckily people in the bus helped out. TV very disappointing (they should have invested in Netflix or a better quality because what is available is very boring). Quality of the coffee in the room is very poor - considering the price of the room, I was disappointed by the whole stay and would not recommend it- for this price, we can have a much better hotel incl. Breakfast, better facilities in the room and friendly staff. The only positive side was the place it was great so its a shame that the rest did not follow.

Our room was located in the original house. It was a fine size and the bath fixtures were very nice and the bed comfortable. The meals were also excellent.
Our room was not equipped with air conditioning- I must have missed that when getting the room. We simply opened our window and it was quite nice.

Beautiful surroundings and main areas. Staff were all lovely
Room 107 absolutely stank of dampness. Window was open when we arrived so we didn’t smell it as much, closed it when we left however when we came back late at night it was awful. Definitely not worth the money for a damp room
