No elevator. They had to move us after the 1 night because of a water leak. After requesting to be on the ground floor because it wasn't easy for my mom doing stairs, they still put us on the first floor and when they moved us they put us on the 2nd floor, not considering the request for lower floor. Also website said they could store lugguage prior to check in then when you inquire, they could not store lugguage.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff helpful when the shower tripped.
Our room was right beside the main door on the landing, so a little noisy at times. But the luck of the draw getting that room.

The hotel is nice overall, decent sized room - clean, good location - buses to the centre right outside the door. Free parking.
The shower was really small, I barely fit into it.

Beautiful surroundings, good transport links to the city centre
The room is very dirty, full of dust. There are hairs lying around in the bathroom, and there is visible dirt on the furniture and the mirror that hasn’t been cleaned. The housekeeping staff only take the rubbish and don’t even clean the shower cabin.

Wonderful
I had a late check in. This was very well handled by the Northumberland hotel, and for the pricing it was very good. A little bit further out than I would have liked, but worth that for the money saving.
My room was slightly tatty (but clean) e.g. an iron mark on the carpet.

We stayed at this hotel for our visit to Edinburgh. The water pressure was that low, take taking a shower did not work. The toilet Brush contained stuff you dont want. The room lock did not work.
Leaving the suitcase at check out was changed with £10! When we picked the case up, we asked to use the bathroom, not possible.

The location of property is good mainly due to parking, near to shopping mall and accessible to city Center.
The staff was not available when needed, found not supportive and a bit rude. My flight was cancelled and trying book with them. Booking.com showed me room at one price and in person the staff asked double price, then offered in the middle but cash. I booked online with reduce price on spot But they become rude, reacted weird and said go to third floor room and don’t bell or interrupt, also when asked about kitchen they said go and use water in the toilet for making tea/coffee even drink, carpet and room condition overall not the best. There is no kitchen just sitting area. I wish I’ve taken pictures to upload.
