It was in a great location. The buses stopped right out the front to travel to Edinburgh centre.
It was clean and comfortable.
We only stayed one night so it was exactly what we required and not to expensive.

The room.had everything you needed
Rude front man wasn't that great miserable, and 3pm check in is ridiculous came early to see if we could drop bags and no one was there so we had to carry bags around all day until 3 , slept about 3 hours due to the other rooms on our floor full of noisy people shouting and banging about till 4am , the hotel seems un manned saw one member of staff at 3pm signing in.and he was grumpy as hell no surprised and its ages away from.centre no.i wouldn't return

Wonderful
The room was fairly small but very clean and had everything I expected, kettle, TV etc. Staff were helpful and friendly and kindly let me leave my car past check out time so I could explore Edinburgh by foot. Reasonable and competitive price for the good location and private, CCTV protected car park available.

We appreciated the easy check-in and the location in the proximity to the bus stop. The room was spacious and the bedding was clean.
The bathroom is not suitable for a hotel room: no counter space or rack for towels; the hairdryer is located in the room ( not in the bathroom) and there is no access to a mirror. TV has no news or weather channels. Overall it seems that there is a discrepancy between the overall quality of the accommodation and the price. Unfortunately, Scotland’s hospitality services are overpriced and this hotel can be considered to be priced at a more reasonable level, however, the quality of the place is not reflective to the price charged.

No a/c or screen on the window, beds too hard, low water pressure for the shower, feel the price of the room was more then it should be

Location was ok and parking was easy
Tiny hot room. Not a good water supply, tap was a dribble. Shower was unusable as couldn’t regulate the temperature it was either scalding or cold. Also despite having a dining room there was no option for breakfast.
