Location was great, over road from bus stop. Bus few stops from city centre. Comfortable beds, clean, tidy room. One member of staff went above & beyond to help.

Room was clean beds were comfortable and bedding was pristine
Room was basic but fit for purpose if you plan to sleep and shower there, we had a room for 3 but nowhere for 3 people to sit, so it was good we had plans to be out and only return to shower and sleep

Bathroom smelled mouldy. Room cleaning only every 2-3 days despite stained sheets. Adjustable height shower head was broken so I had to hold the head up in order to clean my hair. Won't let you check bags in early. No elevator and no offer was made to help us with our heavy luggage up the stairs.

Basic, but comfortable. Clean sheets, towels and tea and coffee facilities provided
Loud traffic noise throughout the night. Very weak water pressure making a shower very difficult. No common area to chill out in when kids in bed. Staff not particularly welcoming or helpful but perhaps they had a bad day.

Good location. Only 13 miles from Edinburgh airport. Clean and tidy room
I didn’t realise how close to the main road the hotel was and that the road would be busy all night. As my room was at the front of the hotel on the ground floor I didn’t get a lot of sleep. Not the hotels fault but mine for not checking this before booking.
The room has a kettle but the power lead was too short to reach the socket so I had to put the kettle on the floor as shown in the picture.
I wanted to do some work and spoke with the manager who told me that even though I could not check in early I could use the common area. I had to drop my partner off at the airport and when I returned to the hotel I could not gain access to the building and the staff wouldn’t answer the doorbell. I had to go to the local McDonalds to get WiFi connectivity to enable me to do my work.
