Service wasn’t great and stuff members were not friendly, which makes stay in the hotel a bit uncomfortable from the first minute. The room was clean, but very hot. And there is no lift in the hotel in case if you are carrying heavy bags or anything else.

We were checked in a double room which was very small, the toilet wasn’t clean and the toilet brush was left in the toilet.
When we informed the staff at the reception he just gave us a new brush and a cleaner in case we would need it.
The double bed was meant for one person not two and was very uncomfortable.

the heaters are not working and no staff available. Only dining area was there , no kitchen and no option for drinking water. They put water glasses in bathrooms that’s the worst part. Nobody lifts the call in an emergency

Room was what was promised, so no complaints. clean and warm . Location is great, Bus stop right outside hotel , and a Bus every 15 minutes to city center.

Decor was nice. Bed was comfortable and clean.
The carpet in the room was filthy. In need of a shampoo. Like most hotel room facilities nowadays there are no staff around. The place is soul-less. To me it seems more about making money as easily as possible than having heart and soul and connection with people. Also you have to book online and if you have to alter any details you have to go through the usual long processes to do this rather than just lift the phone and get an answer immediately. It's all going in the wrong direction but most people are unconscious to it........

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, and it's evident that significant work is still needed. The area was quite noisy, with considerable external sounds permeating the room. We also experienced a flooded bathroom, although this issue was addressed promptly.

For the price I paid I would have hoped to have had a breakfast £72 was a lot for room only. I would ask the hotel manager to consider breakfast even if it’s continental

The rooms are dingy, the showers broken, with little provision of facilities (expect a single towel for a twin person room, no toiletries).

The room was vey wide and clean. It is very close city center and has near shopping center
There was construction in the building and dropped rain in the enter hall. The toilet flush not good working. There was not fridge in the room. The fridge in dinner hall was smelling bad.
