Easy location to walk downtown from, en-suite bathroom, free parking
A bit hot in the room tbh, but we just opened the window. The lighting color temperature is doctors office white so it’s very bright but very jarring. Just change a few bulbs.

The room was fairly small but very clean and had everything I expected, kettle, TV etc. Staff were helpful and friendly and kindly let me leave my car past check out time so I could explore Edinburgh by foot. Reasonable and competitive price for the good location and private, CCTV protected car park available.

We appreciated the easy check-in and the location in the proximity to the bus stop. The room was spacious and the bedding was clean.
The bathroom is not suitable for a hotel room: no counter space or rack for towels; the hairdryer is located in the room ( not in the bathroom) and there is no access to a mirror. TV has no news or weather channels. Overall it seems that there is a discrepancy between the overall quality of the accommodation and the price. Unfortunately, Scotland’s hospitality services are overpriced and this hotel can be considered to be priced at a more reasonable level, however, the quality of the place is not reflective to the price charged.

The location of the hotel was good, and the room was also clean
The medical condition that affected me and my family was not fully taken into consideration. Although we had already been granted an exception by Booking.com to receive a refund from the hotel, they refused to cancel the reservation. After that, I requested to change the booking to September or October, but they also refused

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff let us leave our bags for a few hours before we checked in, which was nice. The area is very quiet at night and close to bus stops so it's convenient to get downtown.
The door going to the upstairs was very heavy to open, especially with luggage. The reception area isn't very organized.

The hotel was directly across from the bus stop. Parking was available on site.
Room was dirty. I could have dealt with the furnishings being worn but not dirty. Not worth the money. For the money we paid, so sort of breakfast should have been offered.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They don’t respond to messages on Booking. They don’t respond to their emails. They don’t answer their phone. Late check-in of 3pm. Early check-out of 10am. It’s not even a good price considering location. The parking is the only real draw to this place. Spend an extra £10-£30 and try somewhere else.

Great location for access to the city.
Access to the hotel was difficult. Lots of noise at night. No hot water in the morning.

Poor
Service wasn’t great and stuff members were not friendly, which makes stay in the hotel a bit uncomfortable from the first minute. The room was clean, but very hot. And there is no lift in the hotel in case if you are carrying heavy bags or anything else.

In a lovely area of Edinburgh
For the price I paid I would have hoped to have had a breakfast £72 was a lot for room only. I would ask the hotel manager to consider breakfast even if it’s continental
