Great location, apartment was clean and had everything you needed.
The loft ceiling is very low - can only crawl around and so getting in and out of bed is challenging

The views out over the city were amazing. Large open area to relax, proximity to Royal Mile and Waverley Station, kitchen had ample facilities, washing machine and drying rack was fantastic after travelling for 4 weeks. Heating was spectacular and ample cupboard space in bedroom.

The location is excellent. The kitchen and its contents were perfect for our needs.
The bed and bedding are superb.
Flat temperature was excellent.
The antique cubby was very handy.
Our bed was elevated which meant taking a step down, walk around the end of the bed, step up against to go into the bathroom. Tricky in the middle of the night.
There were no drawers.
Wish there was more seating in the living room.

City view was outstanding. The size of the room way great for our wedding get together.
The spiral staircase was a bit tricky to navigate going into our loft room.

Loved the features in this historic building. Spacious, airy apartments.
For the money, an included breakfast pack would be fab.
We found the hob instructions a bit confusing.
Our TV was not on a facing wall, we understand that isn't always practical, but it could be on a hinge bracket.

location was very convenient. No water in shower our final morning. Staff came quickly to fix but because of the early time we had to leave, by the time they arrived we did not have time to shower our last day. I realize it was no ones fault but it was not a good way to leave.
The pillows need to be replaced or laundered with bleach. They smell terrible! Really terrible and the smell is not hidden by using fresh linens

This is an amazing property with so much space and such great furniture and appliances
Not a big deal but a single seater lounge chair would finish off the lounge room area, but realistically thats a small update not a negative at all

The location was amazing. The bed is really comfy and although youre right in the city you cant hear much noise
Our oven didnt work, the bathroom door didnt close which caused issues with the fire alarms. The fire alarms went off a few times during our stay

Very Good
Location was convenient and very near the major sites of interest. The apartment is beautifully decorated and had the key things you'd need for a comfortable stay. Check-in instructions were clear and I thought it was ingenious that the login PIN was the same across for all doors and unique to the guest. There was a mart nearby and lots of eateries within walking distance. We stayed at the West Wing apartment which had no lift access but it wasn't too bad. We appreciated the option of luggage storage as we arrived much earlier than check-in time and had a toddler in tow.
These are not deal breakers but I do wish there were more lights in the living room and I wish there was a dryer.
