location was ok.
We arrived at 13.00 but couldn't get in. There appeared to be only one member of staff who was cleaning and trying to man reception as well. We had to phone to get let in. The room wasn't ready so we asked to use the toilets, which didn't work. They have a bar but I gave up waiting for service after 30 mins.

Breakfast and location were good.
Staff were very friendly.
Asked and received confirmation for early check-in through Booking.com, but we arrived hotel didn't we know we were coming.
We were very tired from very flight. Then it took some time to book in our details with the hotel. Upload driving licence for ID, didn't really want do that, for piracy reasons. Then, I paid extra for early check-in. Which I thought could waive due mix with booking.

Great Room- size and comfortable bed.
Very well behaved staff.
Room was not ready for check-in even though we reached 1.5 hrs late of checkin time. The wait for not long but still these times should be respected as late check outs are charged so late check in should be compensated as well.

Location very good - central, near Haymarket Station and tramline. The house is pretty. There's a pleasant lounge, little bar. Staff very helpful. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.
