Irene was an amazing host and took care of us way beyond our expectations. The whole B&B was very clean and tidy.
Altogether we had a great stay and there was nothing we didn't like.

We had a lovely host, the accommodation was very pretty, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The city center was very easy to reach, with a bus stop right around the corner, and buses going there every few minutes.

The location was very quiet. The bus stop was very near with bus lines directly to the city centre.
The breakfast was very good (continental).
We slept very well in the comfy beds.

The location and transport link to the city centre. You can also walk to the city centre. It’s only about 48 minutes. The area was very quiet. It’s like
Irene the host was amazing. Communication was excellent via booking.com. She is very friendly and made sure our stay was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the quilt very soft and warm.
Irene made us breakfast every morning and provided tourist advice. Irene added a personal touch to our stay. It was home away from home. I would stay here again.

Excellent location. Very close to frequent bus services (about 4-5 minutes walk). The host was friendly, engaging, helpful in terms of sharing her knowledge about Edinburgh. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower.
The bathroom in our room was uncomfortably small for us, and our bedroom was just big enough for us with two large and two small suitcases.
