The flat is in the quiet district of the city, but at the same time, it is very close to the city centre. The first day we used the bus, the next days we just walked not using any transport. In the flat, you can find everything you need plates, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, toast machine were especially useful.
In the letter, it was said that we had to find 'Natural Food Cafe', but it was really hard to find because the cafe had another name 'Laundry Cafe'. But no one notified us about it :(

The location was perfect, we were bringing our son to study at the University there and we were so close to where he was staying. It was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed.

The apartment was in a good location, very close to Arthurs Seat and walking distance from many restaurants/bars and other attractions. The apartment is spacious but basic, though comfortable enough for a few nights.
The host was unresponsive - messaged him on arrival to ask a question and didnt get a response. Shower very weak!

Clean, cosy, warm, quiet, light, in perfect location for lovely walks in Holyrood park. Also close to the city centre. Very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and a bath tub in the bathroom. All that I needed for a wee break. Highly recommended! :-)

Location excellent: in the city centre, close to the castle and to the hills and parks. Very clean, well equipped and very warm, great Internet connection and streaming like Netflix. Great value for money.

Great wifi and loved the added bonus of Netflix too. Amazing location in the heart of everything. Very clean and tidy inside - plenty of space for 2 people.
Understandable that it is self catered but wish there were basic things like tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper. Happy to buy perishables like milk and other things but wouldve been nice to have other things already provided.

Location is fab! We walked into Edinburgh centre only took about 25 minutes. Saintsburys on the corner is very handy. Lovely views of Arthur's seat from the lounge window and easily accessible for the walk up. Spacious apartment at a very good price. Lift was a bonus too when bringing in your luggage. Super large TV with Netflix. Everything you needed was there. Parking was 6 a day, good value as parking in Edinburgh is expensive.
Student area so outside of the building did look a bit grotty but once inside all was good.
The heating thermostat was so easy to use and the apartment warmed up very quickly was lovely and cosy.
Creaky floors was like being in a caravan. However, this is nothing major that bothered us. It was a little noisy from the other apartments but nothing so bad as to keep us awake at night.
The bed was very hard!

Great amenities. Nice and spacious for a couple, great to have a seperate lounge and bedroom. Was able to do some washing as we had been travelling a couple of weeks. About 20-25 mins walk into town. Would stay again when we come back!
Was charged for parking which we didnt use as it was the weekend but was refunded and sorted in the end.

Central location, 15mins walk to Princes street. Close to the Meadows park and CLERK Street with lots of eating out places and supermarket. Modern flat with all mod con we needed for our stay
Key pick up was in a cafe 5mins walk away - bit inconvenient.

Second time staying in. The apartment is fantastic. Immaculately kept. Bed is very comfortable, the bedroom & the shower are really good(towels provided). Tea & coffee provided. Only around the corner from city center, a couple of minutes from Waverley station & various shops, take-away and pubs.

The day was nice and sunny. I managed to pick up the keys from a friendly host, Finlay. Whilst I was there I bought a coffee on my small walk round the property. Finlay used social distancing and gloves. The property was nice and clean. I managed to buy some ingredients and use the kitchen, all appliances in working order with health and safety available to (fire extinguisher and first aid kit). Will return .
