Location for the event we were attending nearby.
Emailed regarding parking(as advertised) but received no reply. Stains on sheet through to mattress. Very expensive for what it offered.

The facilities are quite poor. The TV is ridiculously small, no WiFi, the toilet seat was broken, the sealing of the shower was half removed and room's mirror also broken. They room did not have regular coffee, just decaf available, also the room's bin was not even empty once during our stay. I didn't even see a staff member at all during all of our stay to discuss any of these inconveniences.

Room was clean
Most of the switches in the room did nothing. There was a wire hanging near one of the plugs. One set of sockets was taped over. The toilet light was infuriating, it would forever turn itself on when no-one was in it making a clicking sound. And if you were in the toilet/shower it would go off every 5 seconds, you'd try and sit still on the bog so it wouldn't turn on and off all the damn time.

Didn’t have private bathroom …. Other people used the toilet …. Maybe have a lock on the door similar to the bedroom… that way no one else could use it!!

The wallpaper close to a Chinese and corner shop
Well the bed was not that safe, TV didn't work and only 14inch anyway, the host never stayed there, the room was clean, only 2 teabags and milk. The place was certainly not worth the cost of £130 for just a bed.

The location was excellent. It’s on the bus route from the airport and a nice walk from there into town.
There were a lot of issues in the room. These included: mould on shower roof, shower didn’t drain well, tap in bathroom leaked, a light fixture in bathroom didn’t work, window didn’t shut properly, inside door lock was broken so couldn’t lock from inside, bed not very comfortable as could feel bed springs, and bedside lamp fixture housing was broken and looked dangerous. Also, entering into the property upon arrival could have been problematic as you need to have phone access, but fortunately we got lucky as there was someone when we arrived.

I appreciated a text sent to my phone giving me entry code and details of my room. All was clean and tidy, shower was also good. my wife and I had a good night's sleep.
After praise above, very little bad. 2 things, which were minor. one bulb in side lamp was missing, no big loss. the other is the noisy neighbours wee dog barking lateish at night - nothing can be done about this.

No Wi-Fi access there. Bathroom that was supposed to be private. Other people used it. I tried to contact the manager, asked an employee to notify the manager of the problem with the connection and I didn't get any answer.

Should have advised pre arrival nobody is at property & you need a PIN code to get in (once they answer the phone to give you it )
Bathroom & room are all very basic / dated . 4 coat hangers . One thin pillow on bed each wasn’t adequate - when called for more was told that was standard . However on our 2nd day 2 pillows arrived which was better . Traffic noise all night - hotel on a main road but no aircon or fan so had to have window open.
