Close by to where I was working.
The room was clean & tidy.
The bed was comfortable.
The owners instructions and other information was helpful.
As I was in the basement bedroom, it was quite a cold room.
The central heating was off, & the portable fan heater was broken.
The bathroom sink had a large crack within it, and I was unsure if it would leak.

Miscommunication and they didn’t give the room which I paid. Although they apologised 2nd day but still they ruined my plan as my half of the day and night was wasted.

Easy 4 stop bus ride to city centre. On-site motorbike parking (we squeezed in) . Simple clean room. Warm and comfortable
No staff anywhere, but self check-in details were posted on the front door. Our kettle was broken

The room was pretty, and the room itself seemed clean.
My only request was for a private bath. I apparently had the only room with a private bath, but it wasn't in my room. It was next door. But there was a leak in the ceiling and water all over the floor. I called, and they said the plumber couldn't figure out what was wrong, and they were going to call them in again. And that I could just use one of the other bathrooms. It isn't the worse room I've ever stayed in, but it rates in the bottom five, for sure.

The bed was so uncomfortable as you could feel the springs when you lie on it. New comfortable mattress required in Room 2!
