Good location & close to the city centre
Had a double cosy room, it was very cosy in fact far to small for the cost, not enough room to swing a cat, far to small & very uncomfortable. I would not recommend these rooms.

The room was absolutely stunning everything perfect and high end Parking was a real perk Breakfast was best I’ve ever had the French toast and bacon and maple syrup

The staff were professional, welcoming and friendly. Our room was a good size and shower was excellent.
The lighting in our room, 202 was very poor and insufficient, that together with the dark decor made the room somewhat gloomy. We were unable to open the blind for more light as people walking along the corridor opposite could see into the bedroom.

I have been to this hotel on 2 separate occasions; the first time was in summer where the top floor room was unbearably hot. This time it was February and my room was on the ground floor and was one of the best stays Ive had in Edinburgh. Roomy, comfortable and modern. I would therefore suggest with a lack of air conditioning in rooms, that this is a great stay for colder parts of the year.
the ensuite did not have a curtain/blind and whilst it was bubble-frosted, it is still possible to see whether someone is fully clothed or naked from outside.

The location was excellent, a short distance from city centre and on a main bus route. Excellent on site free parking, lovely modern rooms with excellent bathrooms and lovely bathroom products from Arran Aromatics provided. Lovely welcome and lovely modern bar area for meal and breakfast. All very reasonable and delicious food. Would HIGHLY recommend !!

One of Edinburgh’s finest hotels. Having stayed previously we were not disappointed. The room was exceptional and the bed one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The hotel is central and the staff are very helpful.
