The location to the city Center with a bus stop outside of it with inclusive parking
Some staff were rude for breakfast and messed up a order multiple times. Need to have menus in room ready for the room service of people wish to use it

The staff were attentive and helpful. The room was perfect with all the amenities you could need. The location was great. It's around a 15 minute car ride into the middle of the city from the hotel, but the location is quiet and looked after
The lighting in the room is good. However, the main light is a little dim, so my partner found getting ready (hair & makeup) was a bit more of a challenge

Amazing little hotel, excellent welcoming from the front desk staff. Without asking, they offered the access to our room 2hours before the check in time and without adding any extra charges. Excellent front desk staff. Excellent bedrooms, bed comfortable and the heating system is working well. Very comfortable.
The breakfast was ok, but we payed for the breakfast included and I was surprised that I had to pay extra for a cappuccino. The staff in the breakfast area can definitely be improved. They need to be trained on how to better listen to the customers and better communicate with them....and a smile from time to time wouldn't hurt. Unfortunately we found some hair in the bathroom, but the rest of the room was neat.

Comfortable bed ,good location and local transport Staff were nice
Room was very small ,had to squeeze past each other around the room. Bathroom was the same ,the sink was the size of an A4 sheet of paper

Certain parts of the room Had chipped paint and my draw was broke on the dresser. So I did end up whacking my leg on it with it not staying shut
