Wonderful
Really liked the location. Nice to be away from city center and by a leafy neighborhood. Had parking, plenty of counter space in the bathroom, nice high ceilings in our room on top floor. The restaurant was nice and quite popular, so make a reservation if you think you will eat there. No other restaurants are nearby that were open. Very nice staff! Bus stop is very close.
Minor things - two of the lights were a bit dim, the bed was a bit firm.

Very nicely furnished and lovely staff we were impressed! Tasty breakfast and loved the Tunnocks on the coffee tray! Ideal location for the gig at Murrayfield would stay again!

The size of the room and situation
Thought the service at breakfast was poor. The food was lovely and service at Dinner was fabulous. But the two men serving breakfast need significant training on how to serve, address and attentiveness towards guests was really poor

The staff were very friendly
Room was not configured as twin despite confirmation that it was both by email and on arrival. Room was not cleaned or towels changed on 2 of 3 days. The restaurant was more focused on external parties than guest and so choice was limited. Breakfast not included in cost, which was very expensive.

Location and the bathroom looked as it had been newly refurbished.
Room was exceptional small concidering we paid over £250 per night! No bottle water after the first day!! no tissues in room. If we wanted air we had to have the door open which was fine when we were awake but during sleep hours, felt vunarable.

Lovely bedroom and superb bathroom.
My gluten free breakfast was very poor. No gf cereal (I don’t think a couple of pounds for a box would break the bank). The full Scottish breakfast was without haggis, black pudding, sausage or potato scone - not worth having really.

The amazing staff was the bonus for this property. Noteably kind and helpful. We chose this property because we were there for an event at Murrayfield Stadium and this property allowed us to just walk to the concert. The included breakfast was fantastic and the lunch/dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Easy walk to corner store for necessities and just a 2 minute walk to the bustop.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large and had everything we needed in it. The view, when we wished to have it, was an adorable little courtyard. The location was very convenient to the bus we took in Edinburgh city for two days.
A broken lampshade, floor fan, and remote control for the TV were slightly annoying. But since I didn't bring it up until check out they didn't have the opportunity to make these things right. I feel like we paid enough for the room to include the breakfast but that was extra.

There was a nice outdoor patio.
The room was much smaller than advertised in the photos, my room was in a dark secluded area, I heard noises like someone was listening by my door, and the room was dusty.
