The location was perfect! The rooms were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Absolutely nothing. It was perfect! It even had a wheel chair lift for friends that were visiting. They stayed at a different hotel because there was a parking ramp at the other hotel. That was the only negative for this hotel - no nearby parking for someone in a wheel chair.

Excellent hotel!!! I would stay there every time I'm in the city. Great great location. The rooms are large & in top condition. The staff is welcoming and professional. They have luggage storage if you arrive early or leave late.
Depending on your room location, it came be quite the trek to your room with a few twists & turns.

The location is excellent. It is in the city centre and very close to everything. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
There was a slight unpleasant smell in the corridors. There was no small refrigerator in the room.

Excellent location! Helpful staff, nice breakfast and bar.
One elevator was out for most of it stay (but then repaired) and there is a long convoluted walk to some of the rooms, and unfortunately, there is no back exit for these rooms.

We loved the room - the bed was very comfortable, it was nicely furnished and the whole space was very clean. It feels very high quality for the excellent value price. The breakfast options are unbelievable! So many choices and something for everyone. The location was so convenient, being so close to Waverley Station and in the old town, with some great dining options nearby. Would definitely stay again!

The top floor rooms do get a little too warm at night, i think staff had left the heater on a high setting which made our first nights sleep uncomfortable.
