Great location, room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable good size room payed extra for a great view, staff all friendly and helpful nothing to complain about would definitely recommend.
Only small thing which is not a complaint really, bath towel was very small and I’m small I’m used to good size bath towels in hotels, but it hasn’t put me off staying with you again I would just bring my own towel.

Location is really good. Comfy beds. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Temperature was high and wasn't adjustable (can't imagine how it would be during Summer) TV had loud audio description on and it wasn't possible to turn it off as the remote was partially not working. The bathroom door was broken and didn't close properly. No fridge.

The location and the breakfast buffet.
It would have been better if the corridor leading to the rooms in Cockburn St. would have ramps instead of just mini stairs, for those with big luggage and physical disabilities.

Our room was very small included in a inner area . I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my curtains open as anyone walking in corridor could see in our windows in our section it would be fine for a night or two we were there for four days so we spent very little time there on purpose
