Great location.
Way way overpriced for what you got!! Staff very helpful and friendly. A maze to get to our room. Bathroom the size of a very small cruise ship. Almost an afterthought. Horribly ugly carpet

The breakfast is excellent. A lot of choice, good quality products, spacious restaurant.
Hotel very well located to visit Edinburgh, to take the train, to go to the airport, and to take a rental car.
Comfortable room.
Only one luggage stand available per room, even when you request one more.
The room is big but too empty.
The bathroom door cannot be left open.

Wonderful
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well kept! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. You cannot beat the location, it's walking distance from all tourist attractions and is right by the Waverly Train station. The airport bus also stops close by so getting from the airport to the hotel and back are very easy. We will stay here again!

We didn't have the buffet breakfast, too expense. Great location for us.
As a Canadian we are used to using wash cloths. We had asked for 2 and were told , we don't use them here in Scotland. However, with that being said, Radisson Blu supplied us daily with them in Glasgow for 10 days.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Staff were pleasant and the public areas like the bar were stylish. The rooms were basic though, very spartan. I thought it was overpriced at over £300 for a night and we were disappointed when we got to our room.

Decent breakfast included.
Nice size room.
Nice lady working breakfast.
Carrying heavy luggage upstairs to reception. No chance for early check in.
No heat in room this time of year. ( it was cold!)
We were given a weak space heater.
Horrible music piped into lobby.
Young staff might have chosen the 80’s US tunes.
